This stuff is great! I've tried several different adrenal mixtures. This one is the best! Today was the first day trying it. Took one in the morning within an hour or so I was so calm. Took another at lunch. Figured 2 a day will stretch them out a little more. Although they are not that expensive and I did not buy them on here but may the next time as it is cheaper on here. I LOVE this stuff! Can't wait to see if my sleep is better!
