This product has been so helpful with my daughter who has been diagnosed with Sensory disorder, ADHD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. She does take Vyvanse (which was a last resort) but it wears off towards 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Relaxasaurus has been great to ease her mood when the Vyvanse has worn off. I also use Relaxasaurus on the weekends and other days when she is not in school so that she can have a break from the prescription medication. It helps balance her mood and helps her to be less teary. I can't say enough about the product! I take l-theanine for myself as needed, so when I saw this child's version, I hoped it would be just the thing for my high-strung 8 year old. We homeschool, and she has a tendency to have periodic meltdowns. She just doesn't handle stress very well. She doesn't take this everyday....only when she feels upset and stressed. It really seems to help her calm down.
