These products are incredible. I have suffered from anxiety and fatigue for three years as well as irratic sleep patterns. Tired in the daytime but popping awake around 10pm and unable to sleep until 1 or 2am.

As a registered nurse I was a little skeptical that a "herbal product" could restore my health and sleep but it definitely does what it claims-( I have tried many other products) i ran out of tablets due to poor planning and am struggling to get this shipped to Australiawithin 3 weeks i crashed and am unfortunately back to severe fatigue and insomnia.

Just a word of caution adrenal fatigue/ thyroid sufferers often experience difficulty taking medication or herbals due to poor digestionI recommend building this up slowlyby taking just half even quarter of a tablet and building up to tolerance. Probably the best over the counter adrenal support supplement available. I've tried everything form "fatigued to fantastic" supps, adrenal glandular products(pig or bovine based), adaptogen herbs, and liquorice based supplements too.

The trick is that it doesn't necessarily give a perceived boost as much as if you don't use it, how much more run down you can feel. Over time its amazing how much more fuel is in the gas tank when you may need to go deeper than usual on a particular day.

Strongly recommend avoiding caffeine as much as possible. It won't interact with this supplement however, caffeine as well as sugar seem to add to the work load upon the adrenals(which is self defeating).

Another factor is adding in a lifestyle change that will lower either physical demands and/or lower the stress load. Bottomline is don't put in all on the pill to correct the problem.

Dosage can be as high as 3 pills three times a day, however for if your on HC already 1 or 2 twice a day should be fine.

As an aside, I noticed a bottle in the medicine cabinet of the main character in an early episode of Showtimes, "Homeland" TV series. Maybe the mainstream is starting to find this product.
