The Nature Made melatonin tablets really work, when I was in the Air Force I needed to take melatonin to go to sleep and caffeine to stay awake; in spite of the caffeine these melatonin tablets always worked to help me sleep. Whenever, my sleep schedule is set off due to traveling, all i need is a nightly dose for 3 consecutive days of these tablets and I am back on track.
