I have enjoyed this product. Shipping was great. The product works as prescribed. This supplement has a full range of effects. Like anything, you need to find the proper dosing. I find that 1 scoop helps relax me and sleep better. Higher doses are able to cause effects that minimic alcohol (which makes sense because alcohol and phenibut both have GABA effects). Please do your rezearch on this supplement because there is withdrawal effects if used to much or often. That said, medications like effexor and paxil also have withdrawal effects so it can still be effects, just respect this wonderful product.
