I've suffered from sleep problems for years and have tried countless products to no avail; that is, until I discovered this melatonin patch. It helps me get to sleep quickly and I wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. Most sleep products cause me to feel drowsy the following day but not this one. I'm so grateful to have discovered this sleep patch and can't recommend it highly enough!
