After trying a months supply, I'm not all that sure if there was that much of an affect on my sleep and energy levels. However, the other benefit of taking Z-burn, is for the fat loss. Altough fat loss wasn't my concern, I saw a noticable reduction in the extra fat around my stomach. Although I've never been overweight, I've always had a little extra pounds around my mid section.
