I am so glad this product is available at amazon. I have fibromyalgia and had to take the drug AMBIEN for years to fall asleep. My friends & children call the drug I was taking (my la la medicine). My co-pay was four times as much as the price of Rapid Sleep, which works almost as well(used as directed) and has no bad side effects.

I love this product. I have tried many including the chemical kind as in sominex, or advil PM.. I like those but wanted something more natural.. these work great and I dont seem to be as groggy in the morning like with the aforementioned.
