I have been using this product for a while. I took the recommended dosage of one pill but I noticed that the very next day that one pill no longer put me to sleep. I work 12 hours overnight, so I need my sleep during the day. Once I began taking two at a time instead of one, it worked as advertised on the box. If I wake up due to daytime noise, I easily fall back to sleep and I get 5-6 hours of sleep in instead of 2 or 3.
