Melatonin is great for insomnia. I have always been a nigt person, and just sid not get sleepy until after midnight. We have used this brand for years and it does a good job of bringing on sleepiness. I take 6-9 mg now when needed. I find that after taking, it's best to read in bed until you feel sleepy and then close your eyes right away. It does wear off after a short while.One pill 30 minutes before bedtime, and you'll be happy. I'm a repeat long term customer and you should be one as well!I bought this several times on amazon and they are delivered very quickly. I am very satisfied with the service and the Melatonin itself.
