I took this for the first time the other night and I slept all night long, with no side affects when I woke up! My mind usually wonders and its hard to get to sleep. I usually also get up 2 to 3 times a night. I am totally sold on this product and will order more! I recommend this to anyone having trouble sleeping at night!
