Perfect for keeping the cold tube off my skin. It is very soft and thick so even if you sleep on it you don't wake with tube lines pressed into yourself. The only thing I do not like is it a bit tedious to feed over the tubing. The seams don't allow much space for the rubber ending so it takes a couple of minutes to feed it all the way through.
