I had originally said that the product didn't work as well as I'd hoped it would and now I have to eat my words. I had received another product to relieve stress at about the same time. I always read the dosage instructions on anything I take first and I had confused the instructions. Once I took another look at the instructions and followed them to the letter, I got the best night's sleep I've had in years!! The best thing about this product is I don't wake up groggy or have messed up night terrors from it. The only fault I can find with the seller is that it took over a week to receive it. Maybe they could give the consumer some better options on shipping but that's about it. On a final note the seller contacted me to offer me a partial refund. Truly, that is what I call excellence in customer service. I'm very impressed and I will be purchasing this product again. P.S. The refund isn't necessary if the seller is reading this.

this sleep product didn't help me, it may help others. I am trying to come off of Ambien, for about the past 6 years at least and I really need something that is closer to it, or just cold turkey.

I also saw this on Dr. Oz. I have tried it several times, as directed, and it didn't work. I went to sleep fine but woke after several hours. Waking early is my usual problem. I was disappointed as I had high hopes for this product. I'm sorry I spent the almost $30.

It did not perform as Dr.Oz rated it. I did not sleep any better by taking it. I could not recommend it to anyone.
