I got this mat as a gift for my brother. Aside from the discomfort of using it, he hasn't experienced any of the effects it's supposed to have, including the ones made by Dr. OZ.

I got one of these mats for myself after receiving a recommendation from my yoga studio. The mat was so incredible that I bought my dad one for Christmas.
