I absolutely love this mouth guard. I grind my teeth at night. I thought it was a bit expensive at first (even though it was hundreds cheaper than my dentist) so I got a cheaper one from the drug store first. What a mistake! The one I bought was the boil then bite kind. It was thick and gross in my mouth and I'd take it out half way through the night it was so uncomfortable. I have tried several night guards from my dentists that were not custom molded and this product is much better. The same/similar item from my dentist was at least a couple hundred dollars so I tried this one. Works like a charm. I can sleep with it in and I don't get bothered like the other one's I have tried.

This is almost perfect, and I would order again and recommend this seller. I had a perfect fit from the impressions. My only dislike is a rough spot in one area on the inner side, the side near the tongue.
