Best-Rest Formula is helping me with insomnia and anxiety. I take 2 capsules every night and it really helps me to relax. I take them about a half hour before I go to sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy. In the past if I really needed to get to sleep, I would take one of the "PM" formulas and would end up drowsy and lightheaded for most of the day. This does not do that so I will continue to take it and it's all natural. I am very happy with this product!

Have tried it all and this product works the best for sleep. And best of all it is all natural! This is superlatively great stuff. I started on it a few months ago because I was sleeping badly, waking up 3-4 times a night. My Fibromyalgia doctor suggested I try it. Since starting on it I have been sleeping 8 hours a night without waking up. I feel refreshed in the morning and notice no daytime sleepiness. Neither is it addictive. I notice no side effects whatever, in fact. Thanks for a great product!
