My two favorite scents are eucalyptus and peppermint. This is a great multi-purpose soap that is good for you and the environment. It feels great, smells great, and works well for many uses. I was introduced to the stuff as a backpacker because, unlike many soaps, Dr. Bronner's works well in cold water for bathing and dishwashing. It's also very concentrated so a little bit goes a long way. The size of this bottle makes it a great deal as I expect it to last me a very long time. This is my first real sleep mask and I really like it. It did smell lovely at first. It is very soft but I can't get it to stay snugly on my head. The velcro closure in the back traps my hair sometimes, and I have to pull it tight enough so that my eyes become uncomfortable to keep it on. I just let it fall off during the night and put it back on when I wake up. It really blocks the light very well, just wish it would stay on my head! :)

First off, I loved how it was scented, the first night I wore it I was out like a light, and I have a very hard time just getting to sleep. It's been a few weeks since I've gotten it and I can't tell if the smell has completely faded away, or I am just completely used to it.The mask itself is so comfortable, I move around a lot in the middle of the night, so it comes off even though I have it tightly velcroed over my face. That is something that doesn't bother me though. The fabric is very silky and plush, and a cute print! Perfect to me for being my first eye mask. So the product itself is great. 5mg is a lot for me since 1 mg of melatonin is enough to help me fall asleep but this does the job well if I'm not feeling sleepyand am willing to give me self over 6.5 hrs of sleep (since this product is time release).
As for the issues, as a previous reviewer has stated, I also received only 1 bottle of the melatonin even though it's advertised as a package of 2. I contacted amazon the issue was resolved quite promptly. So not a perfect experience but good product and good service.

I have used straight melatonin for years and have always fallen asleep immediately, but recently have awakened after about 4 hours of deep sleep. This TR product promised a full night of sleep. It doesn't deliver, for me anyway. I still wake up in the middle of the night, and then have to decide whether to take another pill and risk grogginess, give up and watch the clock, or just get up and have some decaf coffee. When I discovered the fitbit, I thought it was the most amazing thing I have heard of pertaining to fitness. I found one on a table at the bar I work at and noticed that it said fitbit on it so I figured that I'd better not throw it away. Turned out I was right and when the owner came in to pick it up, he showed me how it worked. I was intrigued so I looked it up and was AMAZED by what it could do. I decided that a fitbit would be the perfect gift for my sister, who is becoming a health nut while trying to lose weight. She absolutely LOOOOVES it, she uses it day and night and I believe it is helping her to be more fit and eat and even sleep better. No regrets, it is truly fantastic.
So, what caught my attention was the day I took my kids to an amusement park with lots of roller coaster rides. On that day, I broke all of my previous records for number of steps, number of flights I had climbed and the overall activity. Sure, I was very active that day, trying to keep up with my teenage and preteen boys. But, over 50 thousand steps? I don't think so. So I figured since I had the Fitbit attached to the inside of my pocket, it was most likely that it picked up every vibration I was subject to during on the rides. It also had measured all the changes in elevation, again because I was on roller-coasters all day and I was going up and down and my stomach was turning as my internal organs were being re-arranged. Ok, you guessed it, it was SixFlags.
And, guess what? At the gym and when I needed to know how many flights of stairs I had climbed on the stepper the Fitbit fails every single time. The explanation is very simple. The Fitbit is designed to measure change of elevation based on the gyro-sensor inside. When you are on the stepper, you are physically not changing elevation, you are almost stuck at one level of elevation the entire time. Plus and minus the times you lose your rhythm because the person next to you decides to let go of some gas. And yes, I did clip it on my socks, and my shoes several times to see if I get any change in reading. No change. When the Stepper machine tells me I have climbed 60 flights, the Fitbit gives me 5 to 6 lights on average.
Otherwise, it is an awesome looking, expensive Pedometer. Sorry Fitbit, I wish you had a posted a phone number on your website for customers like myself to call and ask questions to be able to better understand and use the not so cheap investment I made when I bought your product.

I get this through a work wellness program and really think that it is a great tool for tracking what you are doing each day. I use it with fitness pal where I track what I eat throughout the day and together they adjust my allowed calorie intake. You can also track food on your fitbit dashboard online, but I have the fitness pal app on my android phone and am more familiar with it so enter food there.Pros simple to set up use, syncs automatically, holds a charge for several days, tracking graphs and stats are very helpful, more accurate than a pedometer in giving you "credit" for the calories you are burning (Example climbing stairs is recognised as climbing not just the number of steps that you took), weekly status reports in email, online information and trouble shooting easy to access and understandable.
Cons good thing that it is easy to set up because instructions that come in the box say nothing helpful mostly just pictures (reason for the 4 stars instead of 5), cannot sync automatically with the android phones yet only on the iPhones (they say on their web site that they are currently working on it)
Overall really love this and have recommended it to several friends and family members. I plan to give a couple of them as gifts through the coming year too.

The problem with the Fitbit tracker is that it's too easy to lose. I have lost two trackers (Ultra and One) because they do not stay clipped on especially when you exercise which is the whole point, right? I love the Fitbit and find it helps with motivation, but losing them is a deal breaker. Not sure I'll spring for a third. I cannot imagine someone hanging on to a tracker for more than a few months. I have a morning ritual that I do 3-4 times a week. First thing when I wake up on an empty stomach I brew a lot of quality green tea, down 1g of Alcar, 300mg of CoQ10 (Or R-ALA if I have it), and a green tea extract capsule. First of all, there is a scoop (500mg), so you can easily measure out a single dose. It's really no harder to find than the scoops in whey protein bottles or other powders from my experience (2 containers).When I first open the ALCAR container it looked like a fairly dry high quality powder... but I've noticed that over time it becomes hard and "rocks" develop, so it seems like moisture from the air is affecting the product over time. So, I agree, a moisture absorbent would be a good addition, but in the mean time if you put about 10+ grams in a smaller container and take your daily dose from that, you can greatly reduce the number of times the main container is exposed to moisture and this seems to help.

I'm giving this product a FIVE star rating because it's CHEAPER than the other "pill form" ALCAR's out there. The price alone makes this a great deal unbeatable deal so it deserves a FIVE.Now I will say this, I live on the (humid) Gulf Coast and once you open the jar humidity just rushes into it. My insurance wouldn't pay $500 for the guard he wanted to custom make and hell i would rather they cover that than my cleaning.The Product: after my first night using this, i woke up with NO jaw pain or soreness, which i had almost every morning. I have been using this about 15 nights now and I honestly have eliminated every symptom but the tmj clicking when opening my mouth. I can now chew food without muscle fatigue, because if you have these conditions bad, chewing a lot begins to fatigue the jaw. Upon opening the guard from the box, it looked so small i thought i had been ripped off. I couldn't imagine it would help me this much. The only bad i can say is it fell out of my mouth one night.
A tip i can give, when you are fitting the product make sure the cold water touches the side that will touch your palate. Another side note, at the same time i also purchased a mouth guard for lifting heavy weights because i tend to clench when exerting a maximal effort and that may have helped me too.
This is a pricey mouth guard, but well worth the money. I wouldn't try to get by on the cheapest bite guard available.

at first, i had some difficulty molding it right.

I bought this item more than a month ago to help with my ever-worsening TMJ. I was very tempted to buy these, especially when I read one user bought them from the local Dollar Tree. Well, I just happened to go to Dollar Tree the next day with my sister and on my way out I picked a pack up! 1$, woo~Totally worth the price and more, so if you can't find them, get 'em here!
The strips are easy to slide out, which is something of a concern with mouth strips I've tried before.
They have a minty bite, but don't leave a long after taste, after fully dissolved that is. I feel like there is a hint of aspartame flavor, but I can't check because I lost the packaging. It isn't as unpleasant as other things I've tasted aspartame in and I dare say you may not even notice it.
I have a lot of trouble sleeping and even relaxing and at the very least, whether it was a fluke or not, I can say that I've been sleeping a little longer, waking up without the typical groggy feeling I have, and also feeling more pleasant!
I've found that Melatonin works well for me, and if it works for you I'd also try some L-Theanine. In combination the stuff really brightens my mood, and I make a habit of trying sleep/stress aids.
Definitely worth a try.

My gym sessions tend to run late and I cant seem to wind down. I am not a bodybuilder but train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and as much as I love it I ended up having the worst time falling asleep and staying asleep. While this is no wonder sleep aid the pak combination has done wonders for me. My diet is REALLY cleaned up so along with that I have been sleeping great, am better recovered and quite possibly have had more energy than ever. I take it every night without fail. So if you think this product is for you, and your diet and nutrition is on point. GET IT. Pricing options are better on other websites however. Help us out Amazon!

2. The amino acid complex provides sufficient support for lean mass that prevents a chubby weighlifter from having to eat right before bed.
Does it work? I'm still an occassional insomniac; nothing is going to change that. However, on nights I take PM, I do fall asleep easier. I'm consistently showing gains in the gym as well, so at the very least the bodybuilding elements are not running counter to my intentions. I expected this product to have me staggering to bed, but I can't say I was dead tired when my head hit the pillow. My main caveat is that for some reason I got really crummy sleep the first couple nights. After that I slept well and continue to, which I suppose is the whole point. Most people blame the GABA for the initial insomniathe rep at Universal Nutrition told me that. I'm not a bodybuilder, just a regular joe that wants to remain healthy and fit.
Due to its fairly high cost though, I'm probably going to pass on it when my supply runs out. If you're like me and take a lot of vitamins, you're reluctant to criticize a pill product because you know there are unseen effects. It usually takes time to see them, if at all. Sometimes months or years. If money were no object, I'd continue taking Animal PM. But it's not essential. You could probably save yourself money by just buying ZMA and some aminos separately. Universal is a good company though. I still take an Animal Pak every day.

When you first open the canister you can smell the valerian root through the plastic packets. Clubman Pinaud Dab-On Nick Relief Hair Removal Products
After many years of using this I got an email from Amazon asking to review.This is the very best alternative to seal a razor cut and I will elaborate below. Your alternatives are:
1. Styptic pencil. The troubles are many: white residue on your face, the pencil melts if left wet (so you'd have to dry it), etc.
2. Alum. This is a rock which tastes sour and that constricts your blood vessels. The concentration isn't large so you'll run the rock a lot on your face and irritate the skin further. I kind of like this mostly because of tradition I inherited a few from my grandfather.
3. Styptic roll-on's. The problem here is that blood gets on their ball and in the can. Kind of gross.
4. Sponge that stops bleeding (usually for more serious wounds). You look like you applied toilet paper pieces to your nicks until the bleeding stops.
5. Clubman's dab-on-nik. This is best. It has a sponge that yes, gets blood on, but you can wash it BEFORE the blood gets in the can. Concentration is about right, you may need to reapply, but I guess if you make it too concentrated, it would sting you. The sponge ensures that you apply it on the right spot. There is no residue. Really the best alternative, and from far. I have been using it for 10 years by now.
(1) THIS PINAUD CLUBMAN DAB-ON NICK RELIEF ITEM. Clubman Nick Relief used to be commonly shelved at major drugstores I could find it at CVS as recently as three years ago but no more. I'm guessing the reason for the slow disappearance of styptic products is the dominance of cartridge razor blades (eg, Fusion, Quattro, etc.) that has developed over the last several decades. Cartridge blades are actually pretty dull compared to DE (double-edged) "safety" razor blades and/or cut-throat "straight" razors, so shavers using cartridges typically cut themselves far less often. Of course, they're getting a duller shave as well, but they don't realize it. In addition to here at Amaz., most of the major online men's shaving stores sell Clubman Nick Relief as well. (I actually have links to most of those stores on my homepage.)
The active ingredient in Clubman Nick Relief is alum, specifically aluminum sulfate. This is the same active ingredient as found in a classic dry styptic pencil. Nick Relief is better than a pencil by far because dampness basically destroys the pencil in short order; you have to wet the pencil to use it and even if you dry it well the place that was dampened cakes up and becomes unusable. I can remember having to constantly whittle off the unusable parts of a styptic pencil with a pocket knife just to be able to keep using it.
Clubman Nick Relief WILL INDEED leave a chalky white residue on your skin after it has dried. The product is fairly effective and it does have some sting to it. Because it is a liquid, it "gets into" the cut/nick much better than a styptic pencil or an alum block does. The way I use this product is to dab some of it on my finger, then use my finger to apply it to the cut in a back-and-forth-then-change-direction process. I think of it as tracing out an asterisk on the site of the cut. I do it that way to help the liquid get into "the grain" of the cut/nick, no matter what direction the "grain" is running. Then I have to go back later after it's dried and remove the white chalk residue with a wet Kleenex. Dabbing to the finger prevents blood from contaminating "virgin" product. (This is in issue, I suppose, only if you are going to share and/or lend the product with others.)
There IS a small yellow/orange hemisphere-shaped sponge-like material at the top of the Clubman Nick Relief stick, covering the hole that leads to the liquid. Once the sponge is dampened with the liquid, the sponge dries up, becomes crusty and rough, making subsequent applications tougher. I just tear the sponge out from the get-go, though without it liquid can leak more easily out of the stick (and into the screw-top lid) more easily.
(2) KDS RADICAL TOUCH LIQUID STYPTIC. I've been using this product for a couple of months now. It is much more effective than anything I have ever used. It also burns like the dickens. It has, on occasion, actually brought a patch of little welts up on my freshly DE safety-razor-shaved neck; they go away after a while. The active ingredient is zinc chloride; it also contains lidocine, to try to counteract the sting with some numbing. When this stuff hits the blood in a cut, it'll turn it black and hard almost instantly. The bottle is essentially an eyedropper; there's no sponge or anything like that involved.
The way I most often use this product is to just press the tip of the eyedropper into the cut/nick then squeeze. The squeezing "drives" the liquid into the cut/nick regardless of the direction of the grain of the cut/nick. This approach usually leaves a drop or two dripping away from the cut/nick. Since I mostly use these products in the shower (where I wetshave), all I have to do is wait about 1-2 seconds than rinse the entire area clean ... before this product has a chance to inflict much irritation on the area. Out of the shower, I use a damp Kleenex to accomplish the same effect. I figure the squeezing motion is preventing contamination of "virgin" product, so I don't have to dab.
I do keep and use these items "as a pair." If the cut/nick is minor or is "a weeper," it gets the less-painful Clubman Nick Relief treatment. If it is a larger and/or more "stubborn" cut/nick, it gets the KDS treatment. If I am in the shower (where I can rinse away most of the pain before it occurs), I go straight to the KDS product. If I am in a hurry and I have to "be sure it's stopped right now," I use the KDS product. If I am in a hurry and I don't have time to go back and remove the white residue, I use the KDS product.
(3) PACIFIC SHAVING COMPANY NICK STICK. I am just beginning to test out this product as a possible substitute for Clubman Nick Relief. It is a roll-on product; keep in mind that roll-on means you are absolutely rolling the blood from any cut/nick back inside the bottle and into contact with "virgin" product. (Or you can just dab it on your finger first, as above.)
The active ingredient is aluminum chloride. The product also contains some aloe vera and vitamin E (that helps heal skin/burns) ... as well as bergamot (orange) that gives it a very pleasant scent upon application. It dries clear without any kind of tactile residue. The product seems to work pretty well, at least as well as the Clubman product; not nearly as effective as the KDS product, however. It doesn't sting the least bit.
(4) In addition to these three products, I also do keep in/near the shower both an alum block and a bottle of Thayers Alcohol-Free Rose Petal Witch Hazel. These are also astringent products ... that will constrict skin & blood vessels and stop minor bleeding. After shaving I apply one or both briefly to my entire face. They do not sting in any way and in fact have a slight soothing effect. If you don't want to think of them as 'nick relief,' think of them as 'after shave skin bracers' that don't brace/shock the face ... since they are non-alcoholic.
Whatever you decide, decide something. The well-groomed gentleman doesn't appear for his evening on the town sporting little patches of bathroom tissues wetted to his face.
UPDATE [2012-05-30]: Since writing this, I've abandoned use of #3, Pacific Shaving Company Nick Stick. It just wasn't as effective as stopping nicks as the other two items. It smells good, rolled on comfortably and felt soothing in application ... BUT the other two items stopped up the nicks better.

I've only started using this product, but I must say I'm already pleased with the amount of energy I've been feeling from just a few uses. I was very surprised at how pleasant-tasting the powder is, although its dissolvability could be better (hence only 4 stars). Stirring does NOT work at all. FLAVOR:
I've been drinking the berry flavored formula exclusively for two years. While I've tried the orange flavor, I prefer this one. My suggestion is to give both a try and find out which flavor suits you. I can't say I like the berry flavor, but it was the lesser of two evils. That being said, 'flavor' isn't the best, but you can stomach it and the benefits outweigh it.
HOW I TAKE IT:
I mix one scoop with approximately 6 ounces of cool water. I want to be able to drink it quickly; in one shot versus sipping it. Part of the tough part with any supplement you have to drink (for me at least...) is the thickness and/or grittiness to it. This is no different. I shake it well or blend it quickly in a personal sized blender before drinking it. While I've tried blending it with juice and making a smoothie out of it with fruit, I prefer the fast and furious method of consumption!
