I broke my nose when I was young and haven't slept well a single night since. The Nasal Breathe Aid opens up the vestibule of my nose. I haven't been able to breathe this well in decades. It didn't fit the previous reviewer, but it fits me perfectly. I am getting so much more sleep.

I finally found a nasal dilator I can live with. This one works great for me. It opens the nasal passages and doesn't fall out all that easily. And, when it does, I strongly suspect the problem is operator error.

It works, but it is too uncomfortable to wear. I was hoping to find a more permanent solution, but this can get dirty over time anyway. Not a good idea for a breathing device. May as well just get the disposables.

You are a better man than I am if you can get this to work. It is hard to keep in place.

Don't think the design is that great and doesn't give me that much more open passage. Wouldn't buy it again. I'll stick to the nasal strips until I find something that can help. It also tends to hurt a bit on the septum after wearing this for a few hours.
