They work for me i keep them in my bathroom cabinet and when i need a little help sleep i just put one in my mouth and melts right away with no water. I like the convenience of a tasty strip rather than a pill. inexpensive also...gotta have them in the house for those restless nights.

I was very tempted to buy these, especially when I read one user bought them from the local Dollar Tree. Well, I just happened to go to Dollar Tree the next day with my sister and on my way out I picked a pack up! 1$, woo~

Totally worth the price and more, so if you can't find them, get 'em here!

The strips are easy to slide out, which is something of a concern with mouth strips I've tried before.

They have a minty bite, but don't leave a long after taste, after fully dissolved that is. I feel like there is a hint of aspartame flavor, but I can't check because I lost the packaging. It isn't as unpleasant as other things I've tasted aspartame in and I dare say you may not even notice it.

I have a lot of trouble sleeping and even relaxing and at the very least, whether it was a fluke or not, I can say that I've been sleeping a little longer, waking up without the typical groggy feeling I have, and also feeling more pleasant!

I've found that Melatonin works well for me, and if it works for you I'd also try some L-Theanine. In combination the stuff really brightens my mood, and I make a habit of trying sleep/stress aids.

Definitely worth a try.
