I am sorry that the first review pulls down the rating although it has NOTHING to do with the quality of the product. Because this is what a review should be about.

I used this splint now for some nights (bought it in a local drug store)and really feel relief for my wrist. I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis and a Trigger Thumb, and my surgery was cancelled and I have to wait another 8 weeks. But since using this splint I will manage this waiting time. I couldn't wear my other splint anymore because it just hurt me, especially during night. Now I don't wake up because of pain in my hand and I also wear it sometimes during the day when my pain is too bad. And I am really happy that it doesn't put pressure on my bad thumb like every other splint I tried, did. I will recommend this to everyone and I think that Amazon should remove reviews which are only related to shipping and not to the product at all.

Please, if you have carpel tunnel, tendonitis, or other forms of chronic wrist pain disregard the last rating. It is purely matched by the cost of shipping which is irrelevant to the product. If their high shipping prices really burst your bubble find this product in stores. This splint is by far the best purchase I have made for my wrist pain. When I wake up in the mornings things feel great! NO PAIN! I did not experience this with my day time splint! If your are serious about recovery or pain relief give this a try!

Don't bother with all the other braces on the market if you have ANY wrist pain. My NP told me I have the beginning symptoms of carpal tunnel. Little pains here and there, and I curl my hands and wrists inward when I sleep...not good. I put this brace on and I instantly feel relief.

I bought these, by a doctors suggestion for postpartum carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists. The pain and numbness of carpal tunnel syndrome was waking me up at night. These worked and ELIMINATED all of those symptoms. (no joke!) I was shocked something so simple could work so well. So as a product they do work, and I would highly recommend them for that reason.

The one drawback I have found is I have used them every night for three months and the velcro has already worn out and the splints now loosen up at night. They used the softer velcro on these which doesn't poke or hurt, it almost feel like a fabric, however it is not as strong, over time it wears out. Now if the end of the velcro tab comes into contact with anything it comes completely undone. I tend to move a lot in my sleep, maybe someone who moves less wouldn't have the same issue.

I will probably buy another pair because they are comfortable, and do work, however I find it disappointing that they used such weak velcro for something that you wear overnight. I don't know if it was planned obsolescence, so that you buy another one or if it was faulty material.

To wrap it up, the product worked but the velcro could be stronger.

Simply perfect. I've been using the far bulkier and cumbersome IMAK padded night wrist guard for years, and recently had a carpal tunnel pain flare up in both wrists.

After switching to a pair of these, all pain is gone. The design and quality of these wrist supports are far superior to the IMAK adjustable night wrist guard. I'm completely happy with this purchase and will buy them again if they wear out -but I think that's a long way off.
