My husband snores like a freight train and this product helps a little. He uses it prior to bedtime and as long as he is on his stomach, he doesn't snore.

I have sleep apnea. Unfortunately my nasal passages swell shut during the day and night so I rarely get to wear my c-pap. Fluticasone doesn't work very well, or very long even though I upped the dosages.

A couple of years ago I tried snorestop extinguisher due to the swelling in back of my throat that blocks my airway according to sleep test. This is why most people snore. That is no longer a problem. You spray under the tongue and back of throat. Sadly my nasal passages still swell shut even though I rinse out every night.

I wrote snorestop and they said to use nasoclear and extinguisher together at night.

I am breathing very well on my own at night. And can use my c-pap now for when the ole ticker shuts down at night.
