This works better for me than any over-the-counter or prescription product I've tried. I used to get alot of small surface acne and occasional large swollen painful cysts that would last for weeks. The surface acne is gone and I get considerably fewer cysts now, maybe one a month if that. If I do get one, its no longer a huge red inflamed bumb but a small hardly noticable one that only lasts a few days, with no lingering red or brown spot. I only use a few drops at night so it lasts a long time.
