Using this item is a very cheap and may possibly keep you alive when you are tired and falling asleep driving your vehicle but it has 2 flaws:1) Doesn't always stay adjusted on my ear (can move around sometimes) and it may then ring out to soon or not at all (it may work better for some people than others).
2) It only works if you nod forward when you nod off. If your head falls backward, you are out of luck.
I tried to put one on the other ear backwards to solve #2 but it wants to fall off when you try this.
They could improve this greatly by putting 2 switches inside, one for a forward and one for a backward nod, or make a left and a right pair to cover both directions.
