This is an amazingly effective sleep aid. I used to have insominia where I went to sleep without a problem, but then woke around three or four a.m. and worried usually until the sky lightened. Relax Caps do not necessarily get you back to sleep fast, they might take as much as 45 mins, but the quality of sleep is deep and relaxed, and you wake up with no grogginess. I never go away without them. I am grateful to Crystal Star for this receipe and to Amazon for carrying it.
