This product is a miracle for my family! Our 5 year old son has major sleep problems, and we've tried melatonin and other sleep remedies. I got this together with other Native Products during our trip overseas last December 2009. I was afraid the jetlag would affect us so much. I didn't get to use it since I sort of didn't have a jetlag but my family did and according to hubby it helped with the transition.
