I have a herniated c4/5 disk which has caused much discomfort with arm/hand numbness and neck pain while sleeping. I have tried several pillows and eventually found the best relief without a pillow. This little baby has caused me to enjoy pain free sleep since I received it.Make sure you get the large if you have a neck size of like..15" or more (like most men). Another thing: The color bleeds like crazy so you can save lots of hassle by just washing the thing right away in hot water. I took it into the shower with me and in five minutes, had most of the excess dye removed. Funny, it didn't look any different at all.
Another thing remember to keep it a bit less than snug if you are going to lie down and sleep with it the neck veins naturally distend when you lie down and can end up feeling strangled. If you are like me, just having it on a little less than snug will keep you head in a good position all night.
Seems to wash well which is good...because I imagine if it wasn't washed periodically, it would end up smelling like a sock.
I'm glad I bought it..for the price it has been an awesome value for me.

I bought it for sitting on the airplane. Much more compact than bringing a neck pillow, and MUCH easier to clean. Getting the cover on and off of my travel ring shaped pillow was a pain and for the ones that don't have a cover, once you spill or drool on it, it's garbage!The one I received is black, which I'm actually happy about, but if you're expecting blue, just realize that you may or may not get it.
Support is halfway between "bare neck" and "neck brace". Maybe a little less than I would want, but I guess more than I can ask for in such a little package. Don't forget that it does insulate, so after while, your core temperature will increase. I find that to be beneficial because airplanes are always too cold anyway!
Nice for the intended use: travelling. Not sure about using it medically as I have no problems with my neck...yet! Definitely a nice companion in my carry on.

Gee, who knew that wearing sandals all the time would dry and crack my heels and bottom of my feet to the point of bleeding? I would use cuticle scissors to cut off the pieces of skin that would peel away looked like my heels went through a grater. I have tried many lotions/creams (with petroleum, urea and/or salicylic acid), heel sticks, ped egg, exfoliants, pumice stone, etc... My heels crack and bleed. It's pretty gross. In the winter, I slather my heels with Eucerin and wear socks. In the summer, it's hit or miss, because my feet get hot if I cover them.My dermatologist said that I need something to occlude the cream, so that it soaks into my heels and not into the socks. His suggestion was cling wrap. I tried it, but it didn't stay put.
I decided to order these based on the good reviews, and I'm so glad I did! After just three nights, the cracks were healing up, and I could walk without pain.
The only downside to these is that you can't really walk around in them the heels slide around and end up on top of your feet instead of where they're supposed to be. I solved that by only putting them on when I'm ready for bed. No slippage over night!

I have been dealing with cracked heels for years. The problem was so bad that my heel became infected and I went to the doctor for treatment. He merely prescribed some medicine that worked briefly then my cracked heels came back. This product eliminated the cracked heels in about two weeks and returned them to normal. I still have to use moisturizer and scrub my heels in the shower, but this product put my heels back into a normal state (although I have to maintain them.) I've kept my heel-sleeves for months. I would recommend buying a couple pairs. You can wash them, put vaseline in them and wear them occasionally to maintain good heel condition. Took both pills just before drinking, as directed. Had a total of 4 drinks between 5pm and 11pm, ate dinner with my first drink (food in belly), didn't mix alcohol types, and drank lots of water throughout the evening.
Had the usual trouble sleeping, woke up feeling generally miserable, though not AS nauseous and not AS bad a headache. Today, 2 days after drinking, I'm still feeling lousy and this is exactly what I wanted to avoid with these pills.

I bought this product based on the reviews. All of them seem to give this product 5 stars. It's hard to believe that any of them came from actual customers. There are many other products out there that work but this one unfortunately doesn't. It seems they do the opposite of what they are supposed to. I took the pills as directed for three nights and stayed up for most of the night while on them. I slept better as soon as I stopped taking them. Spring Valley - Valerian Root Extract, 100 Capsules
Heed the warnings. This will definitely make you drowsy and unable to do much of anything once it takes effect. Much of the Spring Valley stuff is considered sub-par in the pharmaceuticals department, but I can vouch for the Valerian Root that it is potent if you need to sleep.Usually 15-30 minutes after taking it, you will feel your body relax a bit, your movements will get slower, and your heart rate dips as you begin to nod out.
I generally take it if I know I need to sleep but I'm too restless on my own. It smells like butt when you open it (no joke, it fills the room like someone just took off their socks) and the smell won't go away for three minutes, but it's worth the stench if you need some sleep.
Great sleep aid, however I would NOT take it during the daytime.

First things first. This herb stinks.....literally. The good news: the more it stinks, the riper it is and is the best indicator that you have a good, solid Valerian product. By day 10, you can REALLY smell the Valerian....like some mildly worn sneakers. I wear size US 10.5 shoes and this is just the right size. I have a slim build and am 5' 11" tall. Ended up buying this at Walgreens because the pain from plantar fasciitis was bothering me and I wanted something right away. I've used it only one night so far. After the first use I had a pain free morning but the pain returned by evening. Prior to using the brace I would wake up with pain and sometimes not be able to sleep because of the pain. I've already experienced benefits from this brace after the one use. I think however the design isn't the most ideal. If I had to buy this device again I might go for something that either wrapped lower around my ankle or higher up on my calf. Where this brace rests on my calf it can slip down a bit loosening the stretch and I think a firmer stretch on my foot would be more comfortable. Having the heel open is a nice feature. Definitely give this or another brace a try if you have plantar fasciitis. I did try doing some foot stretches that target the plantar fasciitis. Through a wholesome, primal diet, I have worked diligently to build up my health, and as an athlete, I was looking to better control my lean body mass with no side affects. So, taking 1 capsule of phosphatidylserine prior to bed puts off the catabolic affects (breakdown in the body) until around the time I awake, at which point I further arrest cortisol production with breakfast. I am definitely cognitively more alert, have better memory retention, and my logic processes seem to be getting back to what they were when I had a 4.0 on high school. Is it a miracle drug? No, there's no such thing. Can it help? With time and proper use, I believe this can help most *healthy* people.
I hope that this helps someone, or at least gives you the impression that this is a good product, if you're looking for quality PS. The price isn't too shabby either!

I have been using this supplement for about 6 months. It's a great complement to my medication treatment for ADD/Anxiety, because it doesn't interact with my meds.Like medication, it does take several weeks to get in to your system, and you have to know the dose that's right for you. I'm taking 3 capsules per day,900mg total. This isn't for everyone, though.
I actually didn't see improvements in my memory/concentration until about 3 months in. It definately works! The only downside to it is that it's a pricey habit to keep up. And if I go off of it for longer than a week, it feels like i'm back at square one,and needing more of my medication.
*Another thing I noticed, is that I'm losing weight. Nothing significant, barely 1-2lbs per week with my diet & exercise..and I started off last year being nearly 100lbs overweight. I've been dieting for years, and only gained weight until now. So maybe there's something to this supplement?
