Remedy Relax is a great product. I take it about 30 minutes before bedtime and am asleep in no-time. I have used many OTC sleeping products before but always felt groggy in the morning. However I do not feel groggy when I take Remedy Relax.If your looking for an all-natural sleep aid or a product to use to relax I would definitely recommend you try Remedy Relax.
