But I am VERY PLEASED to announce that Swanson's GPLC is the best supplement I've used, HANDS DOWN. It is the staple of my regimen. It has helped give me the cardiovascular endurance that I needed to help me get my body weight back in control. I have become an aerobic beast! I'm almost afraid to go a few days without it. With GPLC and a good diet and exercise regimen, I truly believe, that I have saved my life.
