Natrol Melatonin Fast Dissolve Tablets, 3 Mg, 90 Count (Pack of 2)

So far, this is working great for my mom, her sleeping patterns seem to be getting regulated and she doesn't wake up at night so much anymore. I think it's safe to say I'd recommended this for anyone with a sleeping problem who doesn't want to take something prescribed with potential side effects....go natural!

This is the Good stuff.

I first went thru a bottle of these one pill at a time. Then a bottle of I think 5 mg but slow release. I didn't seem

to get near the effect from the slow release as these.

I've gone thru the 2nd bottle of these now (actually heading to WallyWhurl now for a fresh bottle) taking 2 for bed. About 20 min later this large invisible hand starts pushing you towards bed. About 10 min later it pushes you Into The Bed.

My Mother was a RN for 40 years, I turned her onto these and she uses it too now.

I like these tablets but I have noticed that I have to put one under my tongue and lay down in bed right away (it takes me a little while to get comfortable) next thing I know I'm asleep However if I take it and then play games or watch TV it doesn't make me tired. I find I have to be in bed and comfortable before it works. I'm not sure why it works this way for me but it might work the same way for others. I hope this review helps anyone who is interested in these tablets.
