It is very effective. I used it with my children when they were a bit 'wound up' later in the evening. However, the price is a bit high, for a Meatonin water. I could spend as much money on Melatonin tabs, and get a LOT more of them , leaving me with a long lasting, a little more convienent supply.

But the Dream Water is tasty, and very effective. I may buy a smaller supply again, just to have on hand.

I found the product very useful in getting to sleep. Works without being to strong. No bad after effects.
