You all know this is just Benadryl right? Somebody in their marketing department decided to market this as a sleep aid and it worked. lol Don't believe me? Look at the active ingredient...same as Benadryl.

This product is really good... It makes you hardcore crash and stay crashed for at least 8 hours. The only issue that I have with it, is that it takes about 1.5 hours to kick in.

I was having trouble sleeping earlier this summer, so I bought Help I Can't Sleep. I tried it the first night. A half an hour later I was asleep and I woke up the next morning feeling awake and refreshed. I like that there are no dyes or pain killers in the sleep medicine. It's now the only sleep aid I use. I would highly recommend this product!

Have tried many, many things for sleep from prescriptions to melatonin. This works just great. Simple, humorous and an eye for the environment. As for the other Help products you might use only occasionally, why buy a big bottle of whatever that will last forever, and take up shelf space?

This stuff works great! I can sleep well knowing the packaging is biodegradable when I toss it in the the trash.
