I ordered the wrong size but in the literature it stated, "if you found out after trying the product that you have ordered the wrong size, then send it back to us and we will replace it for the correct size". This is what happened to me and I received a replacement in less than a week and my nostrils dilated just as stated, I sleep all through the night. What a relief not to wake-up several times during the night !!!!!!

This was exactly what I was looking for. Works as expected. Saves me money from having to by those nasal strip adhesives. I live in a dry climate and found it helpful to take a night or two off from the inserts each week and rinse my nose with a netti pot.

In an effort to break my extremely expensive use of Breathe Right strips, I tried this product (along with several others) due to its favorable reviews. Unfortunately, I wasn't pleased with this one. I found it to be a very floppy mess. The odd configuration of the handle and two nasal inserts was, for me, very awkward. Personally, I found much more success with the SleepRight Breathing Aid.
