I have Fibromyalgia and Myofascial Pain Syndrome and am in pain every waking hour, a lot of the time severe pain. My whole upper body is full of tender points and knots. I have pain throughout my whole body, but the bulk of it is in my neck, shoulders, back, and down both arms. I've been out of work for over a year and am getting ready to go back. Since I bought this, I have confidence it will help me enough to handle a reduced schedule. I also have a shoulder and neck massager and a back massager, but this seems to help the most. I lay it on the floor with a yoga mat under the top to get into my neck. I wear a very thin shirt or use it on bare skin. If it's too much for you, just wear something thicker. When I lay on it, it's like I experience euphoria. I roll around on it and bring my knees into my chest and rock back and forth on my back and the pain is drastically diminished or goes away. The pain does come back, but I do it several times a day and look forward to doing it. I've also had many more bearable days since I started using it, so it just may have some longterm healing properties. I just can't stress enough how much this is helping me. If you have pain, you need to buy this. It could change your life, or at least, help you make it through the day and give you some relief. This is the best $30.00 I've ever spent!
For most of my life I've been practicing all sorts of sports, from football (high school), lacrosse and now Jiu Jitsu (for the last couple of years). I have three mats in the house one for me one for my mother and one for my wife and we all love it.
It helps me fall asleep if im having cases of insomnia due to stress or if i am too tense. I've also found that it helps untie the knots in my back. If there's something in particular thats bothering you--say your lower back or neck then you can put a rolled up towel underneath the mat and under that area to intensify the healing process and removed knots from that particular area . The mat also seems to make the blood start circulating again and give a tingly sensation.
Everyone should get one. The hundreds of plastic spikes might look scary but they feel so good on your body, very tingly feeling and relaxing!

This is a very unique mat. I found out about it from a co-worker who was raving about a small mat that she described as being light as a feather and has spikes everywhere.
I was intrigued to say the least and started researching it. I finally purchased a Nayoya mat after reading it's positive reviews. This mat is definitely unique. I noticed from my use of it that if you use a shirt you do not feel the benefits as much. You need direct contact with the skin which is just like acupuncture where needles touch the skin not through a shirt.
So far my results from the mat In my short use...
1) It got rid of a headache I had.I stood on it barefoot until the headache went away.
2) I have slight back pain in my lower right area. The mat alleviated this issue almost immediately and it hasn't flared up yet and
3) my quality of sleep and also the length of time it takes to fall asleep have all gotten better. It used to take me over an hour of turning and getting comfortable to fall asleep. If I lay on the mat for 15 minutes, close my eyes and focus I have found that a few times I even fell asleep on the mat for a few minutes before waking up and realizing I was sleeping on plastic spikes haha.

I bought this for my fiance he's a carpenter and every day comes home from work with back pains. He's tried back massagers, heating pads, taking hot baths with all different kinds of "ache and pain reliever" bath salts... He usually wants me to crack his back at night in 3 different spots.. He tried different stretches.. etc. Nothing really "worked" it all just gave a few minutes of relief. In the winter he usually falls asleep with the heating pad under him. I bought this because I figured it was worth a shot for $35 based on the amazing reviews.
Well I got this and he gave me a weird look like "You're ridiculous, stop wasting your money on random $@!#" but I forced him to just try it and told him I'd return it if he didn't like it. He laid on it for about 10 minutes (shirtless), while telling me it kind of hurt, made him feel like he had sunburn, it wasn't working, etc. Well after 10 minutes I said ok, get up, I'll return it. He got up and his back was REALLY red, it definitely looked like he had sunburn!! But he got up and said his back DID feel better... it felt totally loose... He started moving around, stretching, trying to find pain somewhere, and couldn't! His exact words were "Well this is just weird." So he laid on it again! Now he LOVES this thing and looks forward to laying on it, and yesterday at Thanksgiving dinner I overheard him telling family about it and how amazing it was and that it made him feel "like a million bucks".
I don't usually suffer from back pain so I had no need for this, but yesterday after cooking for Thanksgiving and waking up on the wrong side of the bed, my back did feel kind of stiff so I laid on the mat for about 5 minutes. It WAS really weird how when I got up it just felt better. You lay down and you don't *feel* it reducing your pain... but as soon as you stand up it's gone. It's REALLY strange. I did find for me though that just laying flat on it didn't get rid of my lower back pain, but that is because of the natural curve in your back when you lay down I suppose. I rolled up a towel and stuck it under the mat and laid on it... problem solved.
All in all I'd say this was one of my best purchases ever... If something that costs $35 can get rid of my fiances back pain every day when he comes home from work in 10 minutes, without having to take any pain meds... It's great in my book and I'd recommend it to everyone.
I will say one thing though, if you have pets, definitely roll this up and put it away when not in use, or put it somewhere your pets wont get to it.. We had it on a chair we never use for a few hours.. Our cat got up on the chair, and must of jumped 8 feet when his paws touched the mat... LOL. He's fine it just scared him. Was definitely funny, but not something I would have let happen had I realized. I'm sure he wont make that mistake again. Now when it's on the floor he walks around it like it's a lava pit! LOL. Poor kitty.
Updat 4/4/13: we still use this multiple times a week and have purchased an additional 4 for family and friends. My fiancé still uses it for his back and I mainly use it after a long day on my feet. I stand on it with my socks on and it just takes away all my foot pain!
We also now put this in front of our bedroom door to prevent our cat from waking us up at 5am by jiggling our door knob. He is still scared of it. I love products that have multiple used! ;)

I was glad for a speedy shipping and excited to get these. It came with a few sample packets, one packet including two more of these pills, so that was nice. Other than that the other two were for boosting metabolism, energy, decreasing appetite and stuff like that; wasnt so pleased about getting those in it, not that it really bothered me I just threw them out. I think for something that is supposed to be all natural and healthy, its not good to artificially bump up energy and decrease appetite. Also those said do not take if have heart problems, pregnant, so I did not feel safe taking them. Used to drink monsters and take nodoz until I realized how bad they are for my body, even if the ingredients were natural I dont want to unnaturally stimulate my body or kill my hunger, so I was less than thrilled about getting those, thanks anyways.
