Gaia Herbs Sleep & Relax Herbal Syrup

I love this product! I have a 4, 3, and 1 year old and it works beautifully for all three of them. It puts them to sleep safely and quickly on those restless nights, even when the restlessness is prompted by illness. I'd recommend this to anybody!!

I was desperate to find something to help my 5yr old sleep better and this is it! Before i found this he would take hours to fall asleep and wake frequently throughout the night, and his behavior was suffering as a result of this poor sleep. It tastes great,just like a sweet tea syrup and it works fast, no side effects and he actually asks for it because he was just as miserable and frustrated with his poor sleep as we were! I only wish they sold a bigger bottle!

My 2 year old gets wind up very quickly and sleeps incredibly poor every other night. I tried so many things, but this Gaia syrup seems to help. He falls asleep faster, wakes up less during the night, and has less nightmares. Taste is nice and not too sweet. The only drawback is that 2 year olds have to have 10 ml of the syrup, and it's a pain to give so much medicine to a squirmy child.
