I use this with my portable oxygen concentrator, and it works great. It does not tangle at all and has a secure clip to fasten it to clothing. I use liquid O2 at home and prefer to use the long trailing tubing with that. The tidy tube IS very expensive, so I hope it holds up as long as the manufacturer claims.
This sleep mask is sub par at best. I have great difficulty sleeping, but I found that if I use a sleep mask, it kind of tells my brain to shut off. I decided to try this one because it looks cute in the picture and I thought it might give me that feeling of "luxury". Guess again. I mean, it's thin, cheap, and not very comfortable. I think if it was a little thicker it might be better.

I received my Dream Essentials mask in the mail today. It arrived very quickly and was a recommendation from my sister who had one and just raved about it! At first I thought was expensive bc before I had a $7.00 cheapie from Bath and Body Works, but because I work 3rd shift and sleep during the day, great sleep and relaxation was key. After all, if you consider we sleep 8 out of 24 hours on average, we technically sleep away 1/3 of our entire life! The sleep mask was very lightweight and also the adjustable velcro straps are fabulous. There's a larger soft lining by your nose to keep light out but it doesn't push on your nose to screw up your breathing plus it doesn't make your face hot. My last one did that so you had to push it further up, which hence causes more light to come in. Also, it wasn't bulky on the sides by your eyes or on the straps so its still easy enough to sleep in any position. I would definitely recommend this quality item!! So worth the investment!

I used to wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning, unable to go back to sleep. Then I'd be really tired all day. Now that I'm taking 3 of these L-Tryptophans an hour before I go to bed, I have no trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. These have become part of my nightly routine. They have good adhesion, but are soft and don't hurt to remove. They are a little bit breathable which helps keep the sensation of wearing them more natural and dry, too, as opposed to air-tight tape which would feel a bit too suffocating and eventually become too wet. I am not a doctor, but I can say with the confidence of personal experience that If you are a "mouth breather" in your sleep, you'll find yourself waking up more refreshed by ensuring you nasal breathing, for several reasons: you will naturally breath less and thus not deprive your body of oxygen by hyperventilating, you will not become dehydrated due to heavy loss of moisture through mouth breathing, and you are less likely to experience sleep apnea caused by too much negative air pressure in the throat. Some people with congestion may have the fear that their nose will be clogged and they will suffocate, but actually your nasal passages (or at least one of them) will naturally remain open if you are constantly nasal breathing, because the continuous sensation of moving air (and the CO2 in the exhale) causes the membranes to retract mucous. That said, I probably wouldn't wear these if I had a sinus infection which would impede the normal mucous function. But under normal circumstances, these little strips have become a very valuable tool for greater personal wellness. My only criticism is that the strips are only just wide enough to cover the corners of my mouth, and some people may find they are not wide enough, so need to cut the original sheet in such a way that creates waste. It would be better if these were sold as a strip on a roll, like regular tape, but in any case this is something you'll be able to work around.
Ok, first of all, this is NOT a pillow. Some people complained that this was to hard or firm. That's the way it's supposed to be. If it was soft and cushy it would defeat the purpose of providing you elevation and support in bed.

I read all the reviews here on Amazon before purchasing this bed wedge. I suffer from GERD (acid reflux) and needed a pillow like this. I kept reading how all the other pillows smelled, even some of the expensive ones and I thought that didn't sound too good. I noticed none of the reviewers mentioned a smell with this bed wedge. So, I thought I'd try it. By the way this was the cheapest pillow I was looking at and I looked a lot. I got it 2 days ago and it is fanstastic! I adjusted so easily to it. 7" high is perfect if you have GERD get the 7". Also, I put my own pillow on it for extra comfort. Love the blue cover. Nothing slips with this pillow. It is so perfect. Again, I repeat no smell on this pillow and it is really nice quality! This is the first review I have ever written on Amazon, I think that says it all.
I feel like these make me less anxious at the cost of being more apathetic. I used them as directed until I ran out and I am definitely less anxious in general.
This sleep mask is nice and silky as the others reviewers say. However, I am surprised no one mentioned that it has a ropey edging to it, making it uncomfortable if you lie on your side. I tried it last night and it was both uncomfortable while I tried to sleep in it since it dug into my cheek and would definitely leave a mark when I got up. I would not recommend it.

I have worn Spa Sister Sleep Masks for several years. I find them very comfortable and the ones that are lined in black are excellent for keeping out the light, which is my only reason for wearing a sleep mask. The wrist bands were a bargain and worked well to quell my "morning sickness" nausea so I could actually function during the day. However, the velcro straps were sometimes difficult to close with the proper pressure as the band would eventually drift out of alignment. The bell style shape applying the acupressure was very uncomfortable and made writing a bit painful. I feel a better product is the type with elastic bands and the disk shape applying the acupressure since it stays in place and does not hurt.

I am super sensitive to sounds, especially at night. I just moved from a quiet country area to Boston and the noise was killing me! These Nature Made Melatonin tabs are fantastic. Before these, I had been taking horse-pill size liquid gels, that each had 1.5mg (so I would take two a night, to total to 3mg) of melatonin in them. These liquid gels were put out by Rapid Nutrition, as seen here: Rapid Nutrition Rapid Sleep PM, 60-Count Bottle. These were horrendous! They had this awful smelling, awful tasting "artificial vanilla" residue plastered all over the capsule, so that not only would they go down with a lot of pain, but you would get the taste in your mouth, on your hands, and in the air where you were taking it. Plus, and maybe this is just me, but the concentration wasn't nearly high enough. I'd only find myself getting slightly drowsy once their recommended half hour mark was hit, and even then I wouldn't be able to fall asleep for another ten or fifteen minutes.

This is a great sleep aid! I work night shifts, and have been thinking for awhile of finding a melatonin supplement to help me sleep during the day, especially when I only have 8-12hrs between shifts and need to fall asleep as soon as possible. It typically takes me awhile to fall asleep, even at night, but I get very drowsy about 30 minutes after taking this and am out like a light. I usually don't wake up until my alarm goes off, only occasionally to go to the bathroom. The lowest amount of sleep I've gotten since taken it has been 6hrs, though, so I'm not sure if I would be drowsy upon waking with fewer hours of sleep. I've always had a hard time "switching" off my brain and just getting to sleep. Even as a young child, I would lay in bed thinking and worrying about anything and everything. Unfortunately, it has only gotten worse as I've gotten older and have had more to think about.

The wool pillow was recommended for folks who have a problem with night sweating, especialy in the head and neck area. It worked for this problem but went flat in about three days. I still have the return form, but it would be more trouble for me to return than to just keep it and throw it in the "bought but didn't deliver" pile. The retailer that I purchased it from through Amazon.com, Pro-Health, was great to deal with as far as service but not much help with the quality problem. I will certainly do more research next time.

I do LOVE my sleep mask. It's actually the first one I've ever used. The lavender scent is gorgeous and the mask, overall, has truly helped me, as a chronically nocturnal person, get better and deeper sleep during the day. It's very comfortable. Kinda like having a pillow that fits to your eyes and it really does block out any light very well. The only issue I have is it seems to dry my skin out in that area of my face. Lol...maybe this is a common issue with mask users. It's not something I anticipated.

this product was poorly packaged, so its box was battered. The box listed a number of ingredients with no quantities for each so user had no idea how much melatonin, hops, milk peptide, etc was used. It stated that the capsules were "Made in the U.S.A." I contacted the company and asked about the quantities used: "We do not publish this information as it is a special recipe others would copy..." I: What is milk peptides? Response: "camel's milk." I: But it is "made in the U.S.it the milk from a zoo then, or the middle East? "I don't know." I would like a refund and warn anyone off this product.
