Burt's Bees Intense Hydration Cream Cleanser, 6 Ounce

I don't know what Bzzz is and I've never heard of it so I'm not a part of that campaign. I bought a sample size at Rite Aid to try it because I love most of Burt's Bees products. I LOVE this cleanser, I've been using it about a week. It feels thick and silky and it feels like it will leave a greasy residue once you rinse it off but as far as I can tell, it doesn't.

Before this I was using Cetaphil but I feel like it doesn't cleanse my face thoroughly. I don't use a separate makeup remover so what I do with the Burt's Bees is I cleanse my face and wipe it off with cotton balls to remove my foundation then I cleanse my face again with it this time rinsing it off with water so basically I am cleansing with it twice. But I only do that when I wear foundation, otherwise, I just wash it off with water and I love the way it feels! I bought the full size yesterday.

I have very dry skin, especially in the winter so I need something that won't dry me out, I want something to hydrate me. I also bought the Burt's Bees day lotion travel size and so far I love that too! I'm dying to try the night cream but it's too expensive for me right now.

I received this as a gift and have been using it for about one week now. I must say I really like this facial cleanser. This is almost like using a lotion for a cleanser. But I really like that aspect of this Burt's Bees product. I have fairly dry skin so having a facial cleanser that does not lather really makes my skin feel soft, clean and moisturized. The smell of this facial cleanser is so incredible. The product has several different citrus based essential oils which give it a delicious clean scent. Because this product is a non-lathering cleanser I have found that this works best with a wash cloth. If you have dry sensitive skin I think that this product will really impress you. However if you are prone to breakouts because you are sensitive to products with oil then I suggest you pass on this one.

I was really impressed by this product because it was very effective. I have sensitive skin and don't like strong scents but had no issues with this product which cleaned without drying my face. The scent is refreshing and I am delighted that even a small amount is very effective. I had the good fortune of qualifying to participate in a Bzz campaign that provided me with the Intense Hydration Night Cream, Treatment Mask and Cream Cleanser and am really pleased to have been introduced to this great product.

Firstly, let me say that I got this product at no cost from BzzAgent.

The BURT'S BEES® INTENSE HYDRATION Cream Cleanser offered a very pleasant experience. It is a rich cream that did not strip my skin of its moisture. It did not produce any foam, which I do not mind; however, I would not recommend it for someone who likes a lot of lather. It does not remove all of my makeup, but I usually use a separate makeup remover before I cleanse because I use a lot of makeup. Overall, I would give this product a positive review. The only thing I found lacking was its inability to remove all of my makeup, but as mentioned before, to expect it to remove all of my makeup without lather or stripping would be unrealistic. I give BURT'S BEES® INTENSE HYDRATION Cream Cleanser four and a half stars. ***UPDATE*** This product did remove my everyday makeup. Glitter and eyelash glue is a little more tricky!
