The video from the GHD website about how to use the GHD styler to curl the hair and to do flips looked so easy and it really made me buy one for myself. When the package arrived I was excited to finally try and use it. I got no problem to use it as a hair straightener but really had a hard time to use it to curl my hair. Well, it really takes a lot of practice to get it right or much better if you got someone who can do it for you. The GHD is really good and it does really glide smoothly without breaking your hair. this product worked really well. I needed to get to sleep to wake up for an 8 am class..and thats almost impossible in a college dorm. I couldnt fall asleep for like 2 hours and it was already 1:30. I had previously bought these thinking i might use them sometime if needed and so i took one. I felt drowsy really soon and fell asleep definately within 25-30 minutes. I woke up before my alarm even went off and didnt feel sleepy the entire day. It worked great!

I had taken MidNite for years, only on an occasional basis, always getting a good, long and deep night's sleep. About a month ago, I started taking the herbal supplement regularly on a nightly basis. Again, I was getting wonderful, beneficial sleep. I was even able to cut the dosage of my usual prescribed sleep aid medication by half.

However, after about a week of continued use, I started to have swelling of my left foot and ankle. I had flown back east and attributed this to the heat, humidity and flying. Once I returned home, the swelling continued to the point where the condition would not go away, became very uncomfortable, for in addition to the swelling, my foot and ankle were very hot. I used ice packs and elevated my leg, but the relief was only very brief, with the edema returning.

Then 5 days ago, my right foot and leg, as well as my hands and arms began to show signs of swelling. At that point, I tried to look back at the previous month and determine if I had done anything different from before that time. At that point it occurred to me that nightly intake of Midnite might be the culprit. In researching online some of the symptoms of the ingredients, I saw that a possible side effect of melatonin was impaired blood flow. At that point, I quit taking the supplements. Now, four days later, my arms, hands, right let and ankle have returned to normal. The swelling in my left foot and ankle has greatly subsided, but at the rate it is going, I anticipate several more days for my left left and foot to be back to normal.

In doing the online research, I also learned that melatonin can interfere with prescription drugs. I take a diuretic for high blood pressure. Perhaps the melatonin was canceling the benefit of my diuretic and causing restricted blood flow; hence, the edema.

I would recommend that anyyone taking MidNite do their own research or talk to their physician regarding any possible drug interactions with MidNite.

I haven't slept through the night since I entered puberty, so I have quite an arsenal of sleep aid products in my medicine cabinet, including the Benadryl-based ones and plain, old Melatonin. I try not to take any of them every single night, because I know that if I do they'll lose effectiveness. In addition, melatonin over time will supplant the body's natural ability to produce serotonin, so it should definitely not be taken every single night. Benadryl products should also not be taken every night, because they are an antihistamine and vasoconstrictor, and, well, you just shouldn't do that to your body constantly!

Midnite contains melatonin, which is the real active ingredient. It also contains Chamomile, which helps normal people sleep, but I am not normal, so Chamomile does nothing for me except maybe smell nice in its natural state. Midnite also contains Lavender, the fragrance of which is emotionally calming and which I also use to help me sleep, but I had never heard before that it's also supposed to be soporific when ingested I suspect it isn't really, but what the heck, it's harmless and frequently used in candy and pastries as food flavoring.

What I like about it is that it is 1) chewable, so I can keep it beside the bed, which is great (it also tastes pretty good,) and also that it is 2) low enough in dosage that I can take it later in the night when I wake up and not have to worry that I won't be able to get up and function by the time morning rolls around. The other products I use must be taken early enough that they'll wear off by the time the alarm goes off, or I'll be a complete zombie.

The things I don't like about it are: 1) the tablets crumble when I push them through the foil backing on the package, so it's really best to open the little bubbles with nail scissors (not exactly convenient for bedside use!) and 2) I really do still wake up feeling groggy after taking it, and not especially "refreshed" because the sad truth is, there is NO SUCH THING as artificially induced sleep that is as good as real, natural sleep. And there never will be, no matter what medical science keeps trying to promise us.

Sona Pillow for Snoring and Mild Sleep Apnea

The Sona Pillow was bulky, uncomfortable, impractical, noisy, made my neck sore, and didn't stop my snoring at all according to my wife. Brookstone has no-refund policy for the Sona pillow, even if you are TOTALLY dissatisfied.

The pillow itself a funky shape that seemed king-sized (it was really pushing the limits for a queen-sized bed). The pillowcase is custom fitted to the pillow. You can't use regular pillowcases. It comes with a pillowcase on it, but additional pillowcases cost $20 a piece. There are two sewn "sleeves" (small square of fabric sewn on both sides of the square) under the pillowcase so you can put whichever arm you want under the pillow while you "train" yourself to sleep on your side. If you have a really big arm, it probably won't fit. When you put your arm through it, it has to go somewhere and mine was uncomfortably pushed up against the headboard and hanging off in such a way that I was a little worried I might knock something off of my nightstand. I also noticed that the pillow sqeaked when it rubbed against my headboard (my old pillow never squeaked). When I woke up in the morning, my neck ached and I learned that I had been snoring as loudly as usual all night.

I boxed up the pillow in its original packaging and less than a week later I decided I'd call up Brookstone to request a refund (you need an RMA number from them to send it back). The first rep I spoke with just gave me the company line over and over that it was a "personal product" and Brookstone doesn't take returns or make refunds if they have been used at all. I said I was extremely dissatisfied with the pillow and I wanted to speak to his supervisor. He said he would have to leave her a voicemail because she was on another call. I said I'd hold, but then he said I couldn't do that and she didn't have the ability to have me on "hold", which was a lie. I told him I had a friend that was a lawyer, so he put me on hold so I could speak with her. When I spoke with his supervisor, she eventually said a lot of people that have called into Brookstone were similarly displeased with the Sona pillow. She also said that some people called in with praise. But she said though that no matter how displeased a customer is with the pillow (or any other personal product), you cannot get a refund. I asked for her supervisor, got his voice mail, and left a message.

I would suggest staying far away from this pillow unless you have money to burn. It's great if it helps some people, but it didn't help me, and I'm thoroughly displeased with both the product and with Brookstone's refusal to refund the $100 I spent on it.

I tried this for one night. It hurt my neck and I decided to return it. To return it I was instructed on Amazon's return page to call Brookstone. I called them and they refused. They said that they have a new policy that pillows are considered personal items and can't be returned. I informed them that this information was nowhere to be found on the web page. They still refused. I called amazon and explained the situation. They immediately refunded my money under their A-Z guarantee. They told me they would reprimand Brookstone. Hurray Amazon. Boo Brookstone.

I got this pillow on a whim as my wife had been talking about my snoring as being really disruptive. I've been feeling really bad about it since I really value being with my wife and it being a good thing. Sleepless nights aren't good for marital bliss.

So walking through the mall, I saw the pillow and took the leap.

The first good thing that happened, which I know the others didn't get, was that the sales girl told me how to use it. When you open the bag with the pillow there aren't any obvious instructions on how to use it so if she didn't tell me I would probably have been really dissatified like the others. You really can sleep on this thing wrong and it's at such an angle that it would definitely hurt your neck.

The pillow simply forces you to sleep on your side and provides the functional set up so that it's comfortable. I've tried side sleeping and it was never good as my neck or shoulders would get all messed up.

This pillow is very firm. You put your lower hand in the little sleeve (not your whole arm or even part of it) and put your head on the side (not middle) closest to your hand.

If you try to put your head in the center, you will certainly get jacked up. The pillow is big so that you can functionally sleep in the correct position on either side. The big lump in the middle forces you to, it's not meant for you to perch your head on it. That would hurt as I can't even watch TV like that on it.

This thing works exactly as it should. I certainly stopped snoring and I could easily feel why. My breathing is very open. Last night, I slept without it and my wife got irked, thinking the pillow must not be working. She wandered to the bathroom and noticed the pillow was on the floor. She handed it to me, not really nicely, and the snoring stopped.

I have to say that while the sleeping position is comfortable, it takes some getting used to for me at least. I've never slept on my side, so doing it is strange. Two things that I'm doing that make it better is 1) put your regular pillow between your thighs (stops the crushing of the jewels) and 2) I have a memory pillow that I put between my torso and upper arm. It stops my top arm from lying limp and at an angle that is too sharp and would mess up my shoulder. We elite athletes are very sensitive you know......

Lower hand in sleeve, head on pillow arm same side as my hand and facing away from center of pillow, pillow between legs and thin pillow between my upper arm and torso. Seems like a lot when I write it, but it's really nothing but just making sure everything is perfect for me.

My wife loves the results. I feel like sleeping on my side won't be painfully in lots of ways and I'm sure there are lots of other uses for all these pillows :) Enjoy.

8/10/07 Wanted to provide an update since I've been able to use the pillow for a while. Firstly, my wife (who was the sole reason for me trying this pillow) loves it. She says it's amazing and that she gets a good nights sleep. That alone is worth it.

I've gotten used to the position somewhat. I say that because some nights, maybe when I'm really tired, I just fall into it. Get set up and wham I'm gone. Last night, I was restless and so was my wife by the way. Mabye because it was pretty warm or whatever, but I just couldn't get comfortable, so I threw the pillow on the ground and used my regular for that night. Was out cold quick and slept more on my side. Apparently it went well, because my wife didn't say or throw anything.

All in all, it was worth it. Worst case, it taught me how to sleep in a better position. Best case, it's a pillow that I'll use 80-95% of the time with certain great results and great sleep. Bon soir

Beware! Brookstone does not stand behind this product! I tried to return it after my 1st night of really bad sleep and they refused to return the product. Too bad was their responce. Thankfuly Amex took care of me and I got my money back. If you still want this there is 1 thing you should know. You will need a ton of head room in your bed as your arm needs to be extended above your head. For me this meant that I hit the headboard with my hand. Terriable design.

I've been using this pillow for two years, and have been happy with it. It has flattened out to the point where it is no longer very helpful, so I came here looking for another one and was surprised at all the bad reviews.

Although I snore, the reason I bought this pillow was for my sleep apnea. It made a big difference starting from the first night. Where I used to be extremely sleepy for a few hours every afternoon, now I can go through the whole day without feeling more than a little drowsy.

The key is not being awakened so frequently that you never get enough REM sleep. With sleep apnea, the flap of flesh that otherwise causes snoring completely blocks air passage, and after being unable to breath for a while, you wake up (a sleep center can tell you if it's happening to you, although an insomniac spouse can give you a pretty good idea too). And you usually don't remember waking up, even if it happens hundreds of times a night. You never sleep long enough between awakenings to go into REM sleep, or you just don't get enough of it, and later in the day your body becomes desparate to get REM sleep. No one really knows why.

I can even tell the difference now between sleep apnea sleepiness and normal sleepiness due to staying up too late etc. The former is very powerful and it's a real battle to stay awake; it's like having a sleeping disorder that almost takes control of your body. The latter is much more gentle and much easier to stay awake.

In two years, this pillow has never made my neck sore. However, it's not as comfortable as a normal pillow:

-The sleeping position puts the side of your nose down into the pillow (at the edge); which isn't where I'd prefer; I have bad allergies and putting my nose on a pillow makes me feel a bit sneezy.

-It's designed to discourage sleeping on your back, which is my favorite sleeping position. Sometimes I just feel like I absolutely must sleep on my back at least for a while during the night; this pillow is specifically designed to make that difficult.

-During hot summer nights (we don't have air conditioning), sleeping on your side with your head and nose crammed down into the pillow gets unbearably hot, and I have to sleep on my back.

Regarding the arm issue, I decided on the first night that it wasn't working for me, because my fingers got cold with my arm stretched way out there. So I kept my arms where I liked, and the pillow still worked. I wasn't aware until now of another reviewer's suggestion to just put your hand in the arm sleeve, but that's pretty close to what I've been doing.

The mistake I've made with this pillow is that when I feel I must sleep on my back for part of the night, I put my head in the middle of the pillow, which has gradually flattened it. They say it gradually flattens anyway and should be replaced every year, but my practice has probably made it flatten more and faster than otherwise. When the new one arrives, I'll try to set the pillow completely aside when sleeping on my back.

Oh -my wife says it makes a big difference in my snoring, too. She says she always used to be able to tell when I was asleep, but now she can't tell anymore.

I don't know what to say about all the bad reviews. It's worked fine for me for two years, though there are issues as I've described. For now, I'd rather use this pillow than pay a bunch of money for the standard sleep apnea device that sticks tubes in your nose and mouth and blows air into them to keep the airways from closing, though eventually I may give that a try.

By the way, my older son, who is now 4, calls it the "fish pillow" because of it's shape! The ends look a bit like fish tails.

How a company could put so much money and effort into designing a product and then totally blow the main component is beyond me. The sound clips are only a few seconds long making repetitions way too easy to hear. Many of the sounds even have background noises that are clearly not natural. Even the white noise and blowing fan sounds, two that should have been sure fire winners, are in no way one continuous sound. It's almost like they spent one half-hearted monday morning with a sound program they downloaded off the internet and then never listened to them again. It has been reliable, compact and accepts dual voltage as well as can operate off of 4 AA batteries. This is the best one for the price. My only complaint is that it takes a while to learn how to set the clock and alarm.

Lot of 2 Le Salon Sleeping Eye Mask Blindfold Soft Black

Zeo Mobile Sleep Manager

Let me start by telling you that I am a Zeo fan. The bedside unit has been with me for a couple of years now and has helped me understand and improve the way I sleep. Zeo (the company) is a pioneer in the emerging field of self-quantification (or lifestyle measurement). The bedside device helped me understand what was going on with my sleep pattern. Being able to compare the data with other people my age gave me a kind of perspective I couldn't get elsewhere.

I travel heavily. The problem with a bulky bedside unit is that you can't really take it with you on a long series of hotel nights. So, I was only able to get a partial look at the realities of the ways that I sleep.

I got very excited when the new more portable unit came out. The iPhone integration is the exact right idea.

Unfortunately, the software isn't ready for prime time yet.

It's taken more than a week to get to the point that I am hoping to have the system operating properly tonight. The data integration problems mentioned elsewhere really slowed my transition from the old version to the new. I simply couldn't get the iPad to run the software effectively (there is a data display bug that interferes with use when you view data in the landscape mode)

So, I added plugs to my nightstand and started to run the iPhone version.

Night 1, it collected the data but saved the date improperly (reporting as September 16 instead of November 10)

Night 2, it completely lost the data from that night's sleep

Night 3, solid data collection, operating properly, right date

Night 4, stopped collecting data after I got up and went to get a glass of water in the middle of the night.

Then, there's the question of using multiple devices on one account. I think I'd like to use the bedside version most of the time at home and the portable version on the road. Given the complexities of data integration already, I'm doubtful that there's going to be a quick solution for this.

My ideal system will take inputs from multiple devices online and integrate with offline data storage. Heck, I can't even find the topic in the FAQs.

So, hold off on this one. It's a good idea but they need to finish testing the software.

The very friendly folks at ZEO gave me amazing customer service over the course of several weeks as they tried to make my product work. Unfortunately, the failures kept happening.

While I was very flattered by the treatment I received, there were so many operating issues that I started to feel like an employee of the company. Ultimately I asked for and received a refund.

Compare this to my experience with the Jawbone UP Band (which measures sleep and daily physical activity). When it became apparent that there were quality issues with the product, Jawbone immediately announced a No Questions Asked Money Back Offer that included a refund and a new device. In addition, there was no requirement that you return the device. Friendly customer service os one thing. You simply filled out the online form.

Taking full responsibility for product success is the gold standard.

If you want to become a member of a beta test team, buy the ZEO device. Otherwise, wait until they've got it right.

Again, I really like the people at ZEO and am a big fan of their other product. They never shied away from addressing my issues and gave great customer service. I just wanted a product that worked.

First off, I am very interested in sleep and brain waves. I have done a lot of research in both over the years, and experimented with brain wave synchronization, and alternative sleep patterns. When I first heard about Zeo over two years ago, I was so excited to be able to measure my brainwaves that I immediately ordered one of their Zeo Bedside Sleep Managers (known as the Zeo Personal Sleep Coach at the time) and even added on the guided coaching option for an extra hundred dollars. Since I found Zeo so early in the company's lifecycle, I always felt close to the company, have been a big fan, and I liked the overall feel of the device and the website. However, the first Zeo was behind the times in that it used an SD card to get data from the device to the internet. (While I had been using an alarm clock with a web interface for years before this, it seemed like they could have added wireless or Ethernet to the device costing three hundred and fifty dollars) Anyway, the problem with the bedside Zeo was not being able to see your data on the site without first going through the pain of taking the SD card out, putting it in your computer going to the website selecting the file, uploading it, then trying to remember to take the SD card back to the Zeo before the next night. The Zeo basically became a very expensive alarm clock, after time, I would no longer upload data, which meant there was no reason to analyze the data, which meant I could stop wearing that headband. I suggested several times to Zeo that they need to have an automated way to get the data uploaded.

Enter the Zeo Mobile, when I first heard about this I had to go out and buy it. Plus it was a third of the cost of the original Zeo. I already used an iPod next to my bed to listen to some brain sync music while drifting off. It would be a bonus if my data was getting uploaded each night then I could finally analyze my sleep data and get better sleep. I did see a few complaints about the Zeo on Amazon's Reviews, but I figured I had a Zeo Bedside, and it worked OK besides the design flaw; there was no way the Zeo Mobile could be THAT bad...

I anxiously awaited the package in the mail. My first night with the Zeo Mobile, I got the headband paired up with my iPod via Bluetooth and went to sleep upon waking I clicked stop on the app and it crashed. My data did not get uploaded... I also had to fiddle with the headband for over a minute to get it to sit on the base correctly to charge. The next night, I had to go through the whole exercise of pairing the iPod to the headband via Bluetooth again. The next morning it crashed again. Fiddle with headband to get it to charge. Two days of data not uploaded to the website, I was beginning to think the other Amazon reviews were right. The third night it worked and actually uploaded all three nights of data... OK, things are getting better maybe it is not so bad.

I had a backup alarm set, just in case, so hadn't realized the alarm was not going off each morning until the weekend when it did go off, but wasn't supposed to. This continued the alarm would go off on days it wasn't supposed to, and occasionally would go off on days it was supposed to.

About twice a week the headband lost connectivity with the iPod, and had to be re-paired. This was a pain as you find this out when you are just about to sleep. And have to fiddle with the pairing, and the blue light on top of the headband blinks very brightly waking up those around you. After complaining to Zeo customer support about this they mentioned a firmware upgrade for the headband, I updated that and I had no more issues with the Bluetooth connection dropping.

However after upgrading the firmware, the iOS app seemed to increase the frequency it crashed. I went a whole week with the app crashing every night while I was asleep. When the app crashed during the night the data was not captured and I had no data from that night. These crashes were around an hour after I went to sleep. Customer support said to uninstall and reinstall the app. This did not help, I tried pairing the headband to my iPhone instead of my iPod and got 4 hours of data before the app crashed that night. Each of these nights I would not have been awoken if I had not had a backup alarm set.

After time, it realized while fiddling with the headband in the morning to get it to snap into the charging base correctly was due to the forehead pads being a bit too thick. Squeezing the top of the band would allow it to charge, but letting go made it shift so it did not charge. The bottom of the band needed to come out a bit more. I switched headband straps with the one I used on my bedside Zeo which had 2 years of use, and it seemed to pop into place most of the time.

Zeo customer support recommended closing all other apps before going to sleep to stop the Zeo app from crashing. The app still crashed for me. All the clicking on the iPod each night was annoying. Plus there were screens in the iOS app that listed instructions that you had to click through each night; it would have been good to show these for the first few days rather than every night. In all I must have had to click 20 or more things each night before going to sleep. My iPod was really only used next to my bed, if you used your iPhone you would have much more clicking to do to close all the other apps. This was a lot of things to do when you want to hop into bed. Compared to the Zeo bedside, going to bed was easy. You just take the headband off the base and put it on. In the morning you take it off and put it on the stand. (I never had the bedside headband not snap correctly into place, either)

Zeo's customer support responded fairly quickly to my questions, and I had a lot of them. They did have a solution to the Bluetooth problem. However, despite their best efforts, I have not really gotten help in resolving the other many issues with the Zeo. So it is with regret that I have to send this device back to Amazon. I feel as though a good friend let me down. I plan to use the Zeo Bedside for a while, but I am sure that after some time I will again no longer take SD card back and forth from the bedroom to the office, no longer upload my data frequently, and stop using the headband.

Pros:

Data gets uploaded to Zeo's website automatically (IF everything goes right, big IF)

Cons:

Alarm has a mind of its own, it goes off when it is not supposed to and doesn't when it should.

iOS app crashes a lot, 1) while sleeping loses all data after crash. 2) while uploading data in morning, will upload it on next success.

Headband loses Bluetooth connectivity, seems to have been fixed by firmware upgrade.

Headband doesn't snap into charging base easily. Headband is too fat. Fiddling with it causes stress each morning.

Too much button pushing each night. Causes a bit of stress before going to sleep.

Bottom Line:

cannot be trusted as an alarm clock

Is there really any value to an alarm clock/data collector that cannot be trusted as an alarm clock, nor reliably collect sleep data?

I've been using the zeo mobile for about a week. I don't have a bedside zeo, so this is my first experience with it.

The initial device setup was surprisingly easy. I just charged it and paired it with my phone (an Android phone). Nightly operation is also simple and has been reliable so far: I take the headband off the charger, listen for the sound from my phone, put it on, and sleep. In the morning, I put it back on the charger, go to my phone, and check the zeo app to see how I did. So far I've found the ZQ scores correlate well with my subjective feeling about how rested I am.

Syncing the data to the web site wasn't as smooth. I tried creating an account at the site, but it seems to be designed for the bedside one, and doesn't offer an option to sync with a mobile unit. I eventually used my phone to set up syncing, which worked fine, and I can see all my data on the site. I haven't played around with the site enough to know how useful the online features are.

Good:

Simple reliable operation (with Android, at least).

Data seems to make sense.

Headband is comfortable and doesn't bother me while sleeping.

Bad:

The website is in flash and registration could be simpler (advice: use the mobile app to register and set up sync).

The device doesn't snap into the charger convincingly. I usually have to move it around a little before I'm convinced it's charging.

Don't know yet:

Long term reliability.

The Zeo Mobile collects at most one block of sleep per 24 hours. If I wake up and move around during the night, it only reports one half of the night. It is very frustrating, because I can see the data reaching my iPhone, but the display there is too small for useful analysis.

I reported this to Zeo, asking how to record and download the whole night, and the customer service response said, in part: "At the moment, Zeo is designed to capture a full night of sleep data, as opposed to shorter time periods (like naps)" and continued on the assumption that I was trying to collect naps.

Apparently, the Zeo people sleep too well to understand that a night's sleep might involve multiple discontinuous blocks of sleep time. Their software is designed only for those who sleep through the night.

As a frequent traveler (and busy graduate student) that suffers from heavy jetlag, I found the new Zeo mobile to be an excellent tool to help understand my strange sleep patterns in shifted time zones. With the old unit, I could only get sleep data at home and if I wanted to collect data when I needed it most on the road, I would pack my bedside unit and take it with me. Since I have erratic sleep patterns (sometimes with afternoon naps), collecting sleep data on the move became a huge challenge. Prior to buying a Zeo, some of my friends suggested going to a sleep clinic, but I found that many of my sleep problems were related to travel and many of them subsided when I was at home. Although I haven't been formally tested at a sleep clinic, I found that I was able to measurably improve my sleep and energy levels by making small lifestyle changes suggested on the Zeo website (and other sleep help sites). While I acknowledge that a sleep clinic might provide more/better data, I do have to say that the continuous measurement (on the road) aspect is what gives the Zeo mobile it's appeal. Burt's Bees Intense Hydration Cream Cleanser, 6 Ounce

I don't know what Bzzz is and I've never heard of it so I'm not a part of that campaign. I bought a sample size at Rite Aid to try it because I love most of Burt's Bees products. I LOVE this cleanser, I've been using it about a week. It feels thick and silky and it feels like it will leave a greasy residue once you rinse it off but as far as I can tell, it doesn't.

Before this I was using Cetaphil but I feel like it doesn't cleanse my face thoroughly. I don't use a separate makeup remover so what I do with the Burt's Bees is I cleanse my face and wipe it off with cotton balls to remove my foundation then I cleanse my face again with it this time rinsing it off with water so basically I am cleansing with it twice. But I only do that when I wear foundation, otherwise, I just wash it off with water and I love the way it feels! I bought the full size yesterday.

I have very dry skin, especially in the winter so I need something that won't dry me out, I want something to hydrate me. I also bought the Burt's Bees day lotion travel size and so far I love that too! I'm dying to try the night cream but it's too expensive for me right now.

I received this as a gift and have been using it for about one week now. I must say I really like this facial cleanser. This is almost like using a lotion for a cleanser. But I really like that aspect of this Burt's Bees product. I have fairly dry skin so having a facial cleanser that does not lather really makes my skin feel soft, clean and moisturized. The smell of this facial cleanser is so incredible. The product has several different citrus based essential oils which give it a delicious clean scent. Because this product is a non-lathering cleanser I have found that this works best with a wash cloth. If you have dry sensitive skin I think that this product will really impress you. However if you are prone to breakouts because you are sensitive to products with oil then I suggest you pass on this one.

I was really impressed by this product because it was very effective. I have sensitive skin and don't like strong scents but had no issues with this product which cleaned without drying my face. The scent is refreshing and I am delighted that even a small amount is very effective. So, I have tried it twice now . First time was with one tablet, which was a waste of time really. No difference in sleep gained from before. Second time was at 2 tablet level. Now factor in increased burn out feeling and irritabilty next day , you heard correct. All in all a very poor product and very expensive to boot . I have been using this product nightly for several years now. I, too, had a custom piece made by the dentist. I admit that it was a little bit more comfortable, but not $125 (my price with dental insurance) more comfortable. You will get used to the feel once you use it. I subconsciously clench my jaws tightly while sleeping which is gradually damaging the shape of my teeth, the reason I bought this night tooth guard. The product seems to boast of one size that fits all which I guess is a misleading statement. I have a smaller jaw & this night guard keeps falling out of my mouth in the night. The edges also sting my gums, tried chipping them with a pair of scissors to make it a better fit (as recommended in its manual) but that didn't help, it still cuts my gums. I am a severe grinder, and when I broke my $1,500 custom night guard, I bought one of these to tide me over till I could get a new one. That was five years ago and I never did get that new one. I wanted to get a new mouth guard because I grind my teeth at night, which results in waking up with migraines. I read the positive reviews on here, and compared to the other mouth guard reviews, this one was the highest rated. However, I believe this is very misleading.

The mouth guard is the "one size fits all" type, which is not a good thing since people's mouths vary drastically in size. Even if you cut it, as suggested, it is not going to fit. I have a small mouth, so this was way too big and uncomfortable. It also slid around in my mouth and came out of place easily, making me worried that I might choke on it at night.

The main thing that I really took issue with was how extremely uncomfortable it was. I used a sports mouth guard before I tried this. It had to be boiled and molded to my mouth, and the plastic was soft and bendy. This mouth guard was made of very hard plastic, was very rigid, and the edges were somewhat sharp and cut into my gums. I cannot imagine anybody wearing this night after night, even if it did fit perfectly!

I am going to continue to use my $0.99 sports mouth guard, even though it is too big, until I can find a better one. I just cannot stand the TotalGard one. It is awful.

I gave this nightguard a shot because of the reviews and finding most guards too bulky. I'm a small female, I have a small mouth and occasional jaw issues. All nightguards I have tried, do not work for me. I tried this one for 2 nights and basically I would wake up after an hour and take it out of my mouth as habit. I couldn't sleep on the side of my face with it in and it caused me to retain too much saliva. So, I really don't recommend this. I'm going to assume the best kind anyone can seriously get is ones from the dentist, but again, most of us will not cough up a couple hundred for something that will last only 6 months. Its hard to see exactly what you are getting on the internet when it comes to objects not commonly used everyday. This is no exception. I thought this product was going to be sturdier. The thing that goes around the mattress is actually a cord (a giant rubber band). So the bar even when properly assembled can be wobbly if enough weight is applied to it. I pray that it can hold my father especially if he pulls on it for support. If this cord was a flat steel bar that reached across the mattress and bent down with a hook at the end to grip the bottom of the bed frame, just the sheer weight of the mattress and the grip on the bed frame as a counterbalance would have made this barrier 10X sturdier. I bought this product because I am not sure what else is out there. This certainly isn't the best thing in the world. Just a compromise.

This is a great rail for in-home elder care if you don't have or need a hospital bed. The product description does not indicate the minimum height of the box spring, in order for the rail to clear the floor when folded down. Our low-profile box spring is 13" off the floor, which is not high enough to be able to fold it down completely. Luckily, we were able to use it without that function, by moving the rail as close as possible to the head of the bed. You should have at least 14" to the top of the box spring to use that function. Other than that, the retractability of the rail is just what we needed, to allow our elder to get in and out of bed. I would rate this 5 stars if the rail had been a bit lower in height. Not everyone has super thick box springs and mattresses. Of course, bed risers would solve this if you didn't want the rollers on the bed frame to function. We just didn't want a higher bed, hence the lower box spring.

This is a great idea when you need a rail that is a little longer. You can use the longer lenght while asleep. Slide it back shorter to make it easy to get in and out of bed. This has helped keep my mother from sliding out of bed since she tends to sleep right on the edge. It is very easy to adjust.

After my mom fell off of her bed a couple of times, I decided that I needed to purchase a bed rail for her (whether she wanted one or not). And, since she had a king size bed, I also needed a rail that could cover enough of the bed, so that she wouldn't slip past the railing (or that the rail wouldn't easily slide away from the bed). Thankfully, this is the bed rail that I purchased on the first try. While even at it's shortest setting the rail is wide enough to cover quite a bit of the bed, I can still extend it if I need to. Plus, the bars that slide between the mattress were quite stable even without the use of the strap--the king size mattress was too heavy for me to maneuver. Many people believe that these herbal supplements don't have side effects--that is an erroneous idea. Depending on your own consititution, you may experience side effects with this product. Beware of this company, I ended up with 4 charges on my credit card for 2 pillows that were flat in less than a month. I was charged 2 charges in the first month and 2 more charges appeared 2 months later for the same pillows. According to the website the cost for the pillows should have been covered by the amount paid on the first 2 charges but when I called the company I was very rudely told that this was the second charge and that they would not be refunding any money to me. After countless times of my gf telling me that I snore, I felt really bad. Did everything I could after researching about snoring on the internet. They all appear to have the effect they promise which is far more than one can say about many of the "functional beverages" one can purchase.

Although not that great in taste (in my subjective opinion), SLEEP has a really good effect and I could feel that it made me more able to fall asleep. That is quite significant as I suffer from insomnia very often.

BONE&JOINT which tastes GREAT actually made my otherwise protesting knees feel good again if I drank the mix about 8-10 hours before heading for the gym.

ENERGY too is effective, although the effect is just as subtle and unobtrusive as it promises. This is good unless you want a "burn hot but burn fast" effect which tend to result in a drastic drop in energy one's you settle down again.

As for IMMUNIZE and SLENDER there effects are supposed to occur much more "in the background" supporting processes in the body without changing them in any way that causes a direct, tangible and short-term effect one can feel. But looking at the ingredients it would seem that they do what they are supposed to.

A note should be added to those watching calories, as it is easy to miss the fact that SLENDER actually do contain calories while the others do not (per serving, that is).

Also, and this is not so much critique (perhaps constructive) as suggestion to the producer, it would be good if the nutritional information listed the quantities of the vitamins, minerals and other effective ingredients instead of just the percentage of suggested daily value. It is difficult for people who for some reason try to calculate daily intake of such ingredients, when it does not say how much of them are in each serving.

But this is a great series of drink mixes. Mixes easily, does what it says, tastes great (except for one, in my opinion) and contains nothing one can feel guilty about

I found this product as I regularly use another product called ZOIC from the same company (Solis brands) and I found a link on their website to SUPER C Sleep when I was writing them with a question. I was a bit skeptical because I have taken prescription medication for my insomnia with mixed results. Wow was I happily surprised. The product works great and had none of the "hangover/headache" effects I normally feel from Ambien. It has a milder & gentler sedative affect, but one can definitely feel the difference, and I feel great in the morning. I use it a couple nights a week now and it is a godsend when I travel. A bonus is that it is sugar free so you can use it before as well as after brushing -and the flavor is a unique lime-mint which gives you fresh breath during the night. I saw good reviews on amazon for the Immunity and Energy flavors too so I think I'll try them next.

This product is not made to knock you out...I think this is what some of the reviewers were expecting and that is just not the case...It's not Ambien or Lunesta people...This product is made to help you RELAX and get to sleep EASIER...I personally like the light minty/lime taste and its refreshing for someone like me that works the overnight shift...At the end of my night I dont want anything heavy in taste or calories and this is light enough to drink on the way home ( I only have a 5 min drive commute so I dont recommend doing that if your communte is longer than 15-20min driving) or with my bedtime snack and still allow me to be relaxed (keyword, relaxed..) and still finish up a few tasks before hitting the sheets! Very portable, I always have a couple sticks thrown in my purse and theyve never broken or torn open. Snuggle Skins Insulating CPAP Hose Cover - Blue for 6' & 8' Hoses

Was hoping this would lead to a more comfortable night. Unfortunatly i could not get the cover to fit over the rubber ends of the hose no matter what i tried. It will go in about 3 inches then get jammed up in the fleece fabric. They could have made the cover a little larger in diameter of added a zipper or something.

Received my cpap hose cover and installed it that very day which was well before the received by date. Anyway the cover fits very well and helps keep the hose quite and keeps the hose from being cold on my chest while I'm trying to sleep. Excellent product.
