These worked very well for the first month (I only needed to take one or two at bedtime), but after a month they are not working so well. I am taking a break from them and hope they start to work well again. If you only use them occasionally they would probably continue to work.

This stuff works great and no side effects. My mind is crystal clear all day and I'm not drowy at all after I get up.
