Sleepytime is a popular tea that has been around a long time due to its high quality. This tea is incredible. I was using it wrong for the longest time, and decided to actually read the directions which made a huge impact. I was diluting the tea too much and so was not getting the benefit. I put 2 bags per 16oz of water, drink about an hour before bedtime and fall asleep like a baby. My husband saw the same effect. This tea makes it easier for both of us to fall asleep for me this was a huge difference, because it usually takes me 30 minutes or more to fall asleep. With this tea less than 10 minutes. I tried other brands, including the one they sell at Trader joe's did not work for me. I highly recommend this tea!
