Somnobliss surprised me at how well it works. Within 30 minutes of me taking it, I was feeling very tired and went to sleep. I don't remember tossing, turning, or rolling over all night, I slept so soundly! I woke the next morning, got right out of bed, and felt like I had energy all thru the day. Now I take Somnobliss every night. Anyone with sleeping problems should take this!
