ResMed H5i Cleanable Water Tub

ResMed H5i Cleanable Water TubWhen i got my ResMed S9 Elite w/H5i, i got the non-breakdown-able version of this tub. They want you to replace the tub every 6 months. I figured out how to breakdown the old version for years until i stumbled upon this version on Amazon. I have to say, why? WHY wouldn't you have made this the standard tub to come with the humidifier?!? (I've heard from others that have got a S9 unit with humidity option say it comes with this tub now.) This is an easy to clean unit, it's dis-assembles and re-assembles very well, and seams to be very study in construction.

So far, this product has been great! Easy to clean and get dry. So much better for infection control.

And it fits perfectly in the S9 machine.

The ResMed Water Tub is exactly what it is supposed to be. It is taken apart easily and can be put in the dishwasher, or washed by hand. My only concern is how long the flaps that secure the top to the bottom will last.

SomnoBliss

SomnoBlissSomnobliss surprised me at how well it works. Within 30 minutes of me taking it, I was feeling very tired and went to sleep. I don't remember tossing, turning, or rolling over all night, I slept so soundly! I woke the next morning, got right out of bed, and felt like I had energy all thru the day. Now I take Somnobliss every night. Anyone with sleeping problems should take this!

The picture of the product would have you believe it's two bottles of tablets. It is not. It is those stupid little blister packs that ordinarily wouldn't be too bad, but the pills are quite brittle and will crumble easily, so we had to cut them open with scissors.

Of course, now all the other reviews say the same thing, but yeah. The pills themselves work just fine. Just be aware that you're gonna have a lot of un-blister-packing if you buy these.

Like other reviewers I received a single box of blister cards instead of the two bottles of loose tablets. The blister cards are nearly impossible to open without crushing the tablets. You will need scissors and pliers to pry open each blister, and then tweezers to pick up the crushed bits of tablet. Finally, you will need a broom to sweep up all the bits that fell on the floor. And some bandaids to wrap up your bleeding fingers where you jammed the scissors trying to open the package. Amazon refunded me for this, but the product description remains inaccurate. My order was placed in November, 2012.

this does exactly what I wanted it to do....help me sleep. I can take half of one and when I awake in the night it helps me to back to sleep. If I want faster results, or if for some reason I think I won't sleep well, I take a whole one.

BioBrite Sunrise Clock EZ Wake, Sea Green

BioBrite Sunrise Clock EZ Wake, Sea GreenI bought this alarm clock about 2 weeks ago. I heard of it awhile ago, but I was turned off by the price. (By the way, I got it for about $50, not $89. I don't know why the price went up!) I bought the clock because I have to get up at about 5:30 am, and it's getting tough now that it's October and pitch dark at that hour.

When the clock arrived, I had doubts. It's pretty basic, and the instructions are a LITTLE confusing. Plus, I set it for 10 minutes into the future -curious to see the "sunrise" -but nothing happened except the "beep, beep" at the time I'd set. (Maybe it doesn't work unless you set it for more than 30 mins into the future). So, I set a back up alarm that first night and hoped for the best, saving the packaging in case I needed to return it.

Anyhoo, that first morning, while sleeping, I suddenly became aware of a light. The light got slowly brighter and I opened my eyes. At the set time, the clock gently "beep, beep -beep, beeped" but I was already wide awake and actually READY to get up. Yes, it's true.

I used to spend 30 minutes pressing snooze, trying to pry myself out of a deep sleep. Now, I'm usually awake before the beep, and it's gradual and gentle. No pain!

I would recommend this alarm clock, but I would recommend trying to get it for more like $50, not $90 if that's possible.

One caveat: The alarm clock does wake up my husband, and he finds it kind of annoying. Oh well, I guess that's love. :)

you might want to try this. I own a much older version of this clock purchased in 1996, to be exact when I first started experiencing the lethargy/excessive sleep patterns associated with SAD. We lived in Germany at the time, I was in the Army, and it was absolutely critical I drag myself out of bed by 5:00am to make it to my first formation. Long story (14 years!) short, I cannot live without this clock. So much so that I am purchasing a second clock because I AM living apart from the original. It's in Minnesota with my husband, who refuses to give it up! We're doing the commuter thing I'm living in DC for now, and struggling more every day to pull myself out of bed. I've used both the sunset and sunrise features; it is bright enough to read by in the beginning (the whole point is the "sun goes down")and is bright enough to wake you in the morning. I also love that the alarm is gentle, so you wake up peacefully without the jarring nerve splitting shreak of regular alarms. Lastly, BioBrite is an awesome company to deal with. They are great when you have questions mine periodically loses its sunrise funtion but it just needs to be reset (unplug, wait 24 hours, plug it back in). I found that out when I called to order a new one, and after I described the problem, instead of taking my order they recommended I try the above procedure first.

Buy BioBrite Sunrise Clock EZ Wake, Sea Green Now

I am returning this clock. I am not a morning person. Unfortunately, the fatal flaw for me is that the lamp gradually brightens for 30 minutes. Just after it reaches its full brightness (while I am still pushing the snooze button on my clock radio), it turns off -entirely. I then roll over and go back to sleep. This timing sequence does not support my goal of getting out of bed. Additionally, it is not bright enough, and it seemed to have the light turned on at a low level even though it was supposed to be completely off according to the clock / settings.

Instead of this clock, I purchased two LED Christmas light strings, which are inexpensive to buy at the holidays. These both provide some light, but not as shocking to the system as a regular lamp. I have put these two LED light strings on $4 timers so that they switch on, first one then the other. This is not as gradual as the sunrise clock, but it is cheaper, more reliable, and I can have the lights stay on for an hour or more until I am sure I am up.

I own two of these sunrise clocks already, and I'm getting ready to buy my third so that my daughter can get back on schedule with the early onset of Daylight Saving Time. (The two I already have are in my room and my son's room.)

I have been using BioBrite products for about 15 years and I can't tell you what a difference they have made. It's this simple: I hate getting up in the dark, and with this clock, I never have to. The gradual lightening of the room always wakes me BEFORE the backup alarm goes off. Waking to light is so much gentler than the harsh beeping or buzzing of an alarm clock, or even waking to a radio. I don't notice the light coming on; I just wake up very naturally and discover that it's on. And because it's light in the room, I feel awake and ready to get up -unlike in those days when the radio would go off and wake me from a deep sleep and I'd just hit the snooze button again ... and again ...

The sundown feature is also nice. I set it every night for my son to fall asleep to, and sometimes I use it myself. It helps him transition to a dark room, and it really helps me wind down.

It's true that the time setting and alarm setting process on this clock aren't intuitive. You will have to read the instructions. But that will take you all of 2 minutes, so don't sweat it.

Integrative Therapeutics Magnesium Malate, 90 V-Caps

Integrative Therapeutics Magnesium Malate, 90 V-CapsMy husband and I both take this, along with a few other supplements. Since my husband started taking it, about a week or two into taking it, he no longer had issues with restless legs. Great for muscle cramps as well.

This is the most absorbable form of Magnesium, unlike most store brands. Don't waste your money on any other form of magnesium, you will only absorb a very small percent. This is a 3 capsule a day dose, but I only take one a day. I have taken them for about 2 weeks and already, my arrhythmia has stopped, I don't get leg cramps and I sleep better. Don't waste your money on anything else.

Tissue A Insomnia NuAge Labs 125 Tabs

Tissue A Insomnia NuAge Labs 125 TabsI've used Tissue A Insomnia NuAge tabs for quite a number of years, as does a friend of mine. I like always having some on hand. While I take a prescribed medication that helps my restless legs, and helps me get to sleep, if I'm still having trouble getting to sleep, I take 4 of the little Insomnia A tabs and it usually does the trick to help me go to sleep. Very occasionally, it doesn't help; but I would have to say that, for the most part, it's proven very helpful to me when I need just some little extra edge to get to sleep. And, I like that that "little extra edge" is homeopathic. Also, I've tried a number of other OTC sleep tabs and other homeopathic remedies, but most don't work as well as this does.

Traditional Medicinals Organic Smooth Move, 16-Count Boxes (Pack of 6)

Traditional Medicinals Organic Smooth Move, 16-Count BoxesI bought this, knowing the risks and side effects (one of which being laxative withdrawal), because I prefer herbal remedies to store bought medicines. I rarely have need of such a product due to my vegetarian diet. Occasionally I don't eat enough fiber, it happens; I purchased this tea and tried it because Traditional Medicinals teas are fantastic and usually take care of my problems quickly.

The tea tastes nice, I wasn't turned off to it, my husband however was. I'm a big fan of Chi tea and spice tea, so this was right up my alley. I brewed for 10 minutes, no longer. In about 4 hours I produced a bowel movement that was...unpleasant. The product took care of my bloating and cramping, however it was a bit much. I suggest perhaps brewing for 5-8 minutes instead of 10-15 unless you're used to the way this product works. It's suggested that you sleep, I do not recommend this. I've heard stories of people using it before bed and waking up to a mess. Given the urgent need to go I experienced once the product kicked in, I'd say this is a reasonable fear.

I did feel as if I'd been cleansed out properly, and felt much relief afterwords, so the product does what it should do, just be careful of it and use it in moderation. Herbs are not 100% safe just because they are natural, so do your research and be aware of what you are putting into your body.

I have used this product as part of a several cleanses so far, previously only at night but this week have been using it in the morning also a few times.

It says to steep 10-15 minutes. If I steep it any longer than 10 minutes I get some pretty bad cramps that wake me up a few times about 6 hours after drinking it and last about an hour (as well as make me need to visit the bathroom). In the morning it seems to take about 4 hours for it to work, probably because I'm up and moving around.

It doesn't taste too bad at all and is naturally sweet. I tried the chocolate and thought that was pretty disgusting. I would definitely suggest brewing it for even shorter times the first few times you use it because if you are going to be affected by cramping is different for everybody and I remember the first time I brewed it and let it go 15 minutes I thought I was going to die!

Also honestly it makes you very gassy when you go to the bathroom maybe it's just because on my cleanse I am not eating solid food so there's not anything for it to push out except teeny bits of lemon but this is good to know if you have a thin walled bathroom and don't want your spouse or coworkers to hear what's going on.

It IS very effective but really read the directions that it's not meant for long term use as it can cause a lot of problems, potassium deficiency, and your colon will get weak & have issues contracting normally when not being stimulated with senna.

This is a great tea for those times when the bloating gets too much and you need relief. The longer you let it seep, the harder it works, so be careful about how long you let it sit before drinking.

I suffer from chronic constipation due to irritable bowel syndrome, and have tried all kinds of methods to be able to go each day and the only thing that works is Smooth Move tea. And it tastes good, too! One or two bags is all you need and a little sweetener and you're all set. It's all natural and you can use it every day. Works great for someone like me.

All of my adult life I had had a problem with constipation. When I was in my early 40's I was told about a product called SMOOTHE MOVE, which is an herbal teas produced by Traditional Teas.

I began taking one cup every day with breakfast, and within 1 day saw results! I couldn't believe it! It was very delicious besides being good for me.

I have now been drinking Smoothe Move for over 20 years, and will continue to do so.

The only problem I had was FINDING IT in most grocery stores. I have now moved to another part of the country, and could not find it anywhere. I am so happy to have Amazon.com to rely on at times like these. I order 6 boxes at a time and they always arrive just on time!

Thank you, Amazon.com!

Short Sexy Hair Slept In Texture Creme (select option/size)

Short Sexy Hair Slept In Styling Creme by Sexy Hair, 5.1 OunceI was shown this product during one of my hair cuts, and I love it. I have tried about every hair product for short to medium length hair, and this one is by far the best. It smells great, and works perfect for the person who wants a semi shine look without the gross flakes you get with hairspray or gel. It is a lotion type product that will also moisturize your hands while you apply it. It's much better than a balm or a wax, and it allows for great control of your hair though out the day. It only takes a small amount to style my entire head.

HOW I USE IT:

I use about a dime size portion and put it on my hand and rub my hands together then apply it to my hair evenly. I like to use it a few minutes after getting out of the shower. That way my hair is still damp, but has had a few minutes to air dry. It makes it easier to shape my hair the way I like it, while still giving it a little of that wet hair look all day long. If you like the drier look let your hair completely dry first.

PROS:

Holds Great all Day

Lotion Like Texture (Don't have to wash your hands after, just rub it in like a lotion)

Does not leave your hands or hair sticky or gross.

Smells great!

CONS:

It's a little pricey, but lasts a long time if you only use small amounts.

Only comes in small bottles.

I love Short Sexy Hair products! However, I especially love this texture cream. It's light, it holds my hair well, and it doesn't get too stiff, like most gels do. Best of all, it doesn't get flaky; and since it's not too stiff, my lady friends can actually run their fingers through my hair without a problem.

You can not get a better product for short hair. I use this stuff everyday and my hair has never looked and felt this good before. It is to bad that the manufacturers try to make it for sale in SALONS only. That should be a crime. The best prices for ShortSexyHair hair is right here on Amazon for about 11a each or you can go to the expensive Salons and pay 18each for the same.

Primaforce Alcar, 250-Grams

Primaforce Alcar, 250-GramsI have a morning ritual that I do 3-4 times a week. First thing when I wake up on an empty stomach I brew a lot of quality green tea, down 1g of Alcar, 300mg of CoQ10 (Or R-ALA if I have it), and a green tea extract capsule. With the addition to Omega 3 fatty acids if I feel like it.

Alcar by itself is a very mild stimulant. As in I hardly notice the difference with it standing alone. However with the addition to green tea extract and caffeine (Which Alcar synergies amazingly with) my mornings are wonderful. I notice that I have lots of energy, everything just seems more beautiful, I am very talkative, and i have a very strong drive to work hard and achieve. All with no crash feeling. Alcar has a half-life of about 4 hours I believe (not 100% positive) so you really get the effects of it for a long time. I strongly suggest against using alcar at night however. As it's the only time I can notice the stimulant effects of Alcar is when I'm trying to sleep.

Primaforce's alcar is of amazing quality for a very reasonable price. One tub should last an entire year. I have not noticed any impurities in their product. What you are getting is 100% pure Acetyl L-Carnitine.

I found that this a must-have if you're taking piracetam. My personal "stack" is a daily dose of 1-3g piracetam, and 500mg to 1g of ALCAR. I just use one scoop of each in an ice cold glass of water, and supplement with Alpha GPC to avoid the headaches. Works great! Also if you take this and piracetam before you go to sleep, you will have really intense dreams, so if you're prone to nightmares, don't take it before sleep!

Buy Primaforce Alcar, 250-Grams Now

First of all, there is a scoop (500mg), so you can easily measure out a single dose. It's really no harder to find than the scoops in whey protein bottles or other powders from my experience (2 containers).

When I first open the ALCAR container it looked like a fairly dry high quality powder... but I've noticed that over time it becomes hard and "rocks" develop, so it seems like moisture from the air is affecting the product over time. So, I agree, a moisture absorbent would be a good addition, but in the mean time if you put about 10+ grams in a smaller container and take your daily dose from that, you can greatly reduce the number of times the main container is exposed to moisture and this seems to help.

I'm giving this product a FIVE star rating because it's CHEAPER than the other "pill form" ALCAR's out there. The price alone makes this a great deal unbeatable deal so it deserves a FIVE.

Now I will say this, I live on the (humid) Gulf Coast and once you open the jar humidity just rushes into it. The first set of pills was no problem to make but after that the humidity and moisture made it "clump" so that it was very difficult to work with.

There's a lot of positive studies out there regarding this ingredient. I like to add it into my home made pre workouts, however the taste is extremely bitter and it clumps quite easily.

Binchotan Eye Mask

Binchotan Eye MaskUnscented, in case you were wondering, since that bothers some people. It blocks out the sunlight for day naps or day sleepers such as myself. I like to keep my blinds open and windows open for fresh air and sunlight to warm up my room and this completely blacks out that light for me if I am sleeping. Very comfortable. The straps that go around your head are adjustable as well. I would recommend this to anyone who likes to sleep in total darkness at any time of day/climate.

Exposed Acne Treatment - Expanded Kit

Exposed Acne Treatment - Expanded KitI decided to try out the Exposed Skincare set for a month to see how it would work considering there have been a lot of really great reviews regarding it. I used it for almost two months and at first it seemed like it was working, but after awhile it really only made my face worse. I was starting to get really bad cystic pimples which I had never really gotten before. So this product did not work for me. However, I know there have been comments made that this company could be trying to scam people, but they really do hold true to their one year guarantee. I asked for my money back, sent back my kit, and within a week they had refunded my money back to me. Even though this product did not work for me, it might work for someone else who has a different skin type (I have sensitive acne prone skin). I'd say there is nothing really to lose in trying it out, because they do hold true to their one-year money back guarantee. (Keep in mind that I ordered it directly off the exposed skincare website, and not amazon.)

First off, "Exposed, keep your credit...I won't need it." I have used this product for approximately 6 months. Exposed worked wonderfully, for the first 2-3 months. I have hit a plateau, no improvement. My biggest problem with this product is "freshness" and customer service.

My first order arrived and I began using the toner. It felt as if I was applying crushed glass with a cotton ball. Since I was unfamiliar with the line, I fired off an email to customer service. Then another, AND ANOTHER! Never did I receive a reply to my question, "Was this normal?". I kept using it, being very delicate with my toner application. The next shipment, no glass. After 1 week, the "glass effect" was back. The toner had crystallized. I was mad. Another email...another disregarding of my question. It happened again the following month, but it stayed in a liquid form for about 2 weeks.

Then, my credit card company changed their processor and my card information. I called customer service to inform them of the change, purposefully leaving a message regarding "billing". Did they call back? NO. I called again and left the message ( I never got anything but voicemail) "My credit card information has changed. I guess we will just let this subscription expire, unless I receive a call from you." Customer service called back in less than 10 minutes. I know where there "customer concern" lies.

I'm 30, a dude, and have been fighting with my skin since i was about 14. I've gone through cheapo in store products (too many to name) and some of the more expensive products: Murad, clinique, etc. No matter what i always had blackheads, a few random pimples, and about 1 to 2 times a month i would get a lovely breakout. my skin wasnt THAT bad but i always always always had problems. I found Exposed by accident. I went online looking for alternative ways to get my skin to stop screwing with me and i got a link for the exposed "lifestyle tips" page. That led me to looking into the actual product. I skeptically pulled the trigger and got the uber kit with all the goodies. First week was not that rough, i got a few new pimples but i noticed my blackheads were getting a little smaller. Most skin care programs will warn you that it usually gets worse before it gets better. It got better. Weeks 2 and 3 showed steady improvement, few new minor pimples and my skin started looking healthier. I'm on the middle of week 4 and my skin looks better than it has in longer than i can remember. I KNOW my skin is healthier too. I used to get up early so i could give my face time to calm down before i went to work. Even washing it gently with my hands would leave it red, patchy, and swollen. Lotion was also a daily requirement. Definitely not the case now, i scrub and scrub and no irritation. I also know it's healthier cause of the comments i get at work. People complain about the tonic. It DOES hurt at first. get over it, your skin is jacked up. I started using it once every other day there was certainly a little discomfort. Now i use it 1 to 2 times a day and there is absolutely no discomfort. Actually, all of the products in this kit have a much shorter and extreme "getting used to" period than other stuff i have tried. I recommend geting the kit with everything on your first buy. Some stuff works better for certain people. I live with my sister and we both use the products a little differently. Try them all and then you can re-buy the ones you really like. Lastly, i like that this program addresses scarring. I've definitely got a few red marks from all the years of torment and like exposed claims, the marks are fading.

I looked at the other reviews, definitely a few fakes, it's kind of off putting but whatever. If you leave a comment i'll try to respond. I know how awful it is to worry about your skin all the time and if my input can help another exhausted acne victim i will be glad to give it. No skin care program works for everyone, just make sure give whatever you try a fair chance. Nothing is going to happen overnight. I strongly recommend giving Exposed a chance.

PS, wash your pillow cases... a lot. people always forget to do that.

I've been using Skin ID by Neutrogena for a long time. It kept my skin relatively clear, but I've had breakouts every now and then, especially when I'm stressed out. I started suffering from acne around the area next to the eyebrows, and Skin ID couldn't control it any more. I decided to try Proactiv. It worked amazingly well at first (for about 2 weeks). But then, it started breaking out around my jaw line. I was sticking to the skin care routine very well, but I kept suffering form this jaw-line acne and Proactiv wouldn't cure it. I surfed around to do some research, and I finally decided to give Exposed a try. The result: it WORKED!!!

I've been using it for 2 weeks, and the acnes completely gone!!! Besides my jaw-line, I had break outs on my cheek (one pimple), above my lip (one), and around my eyebrow, but they were all gone with in 48 hours using Exposed skin care system.

I will keep using this product, and I just hope that this continues being effective. I will follow up within next few weeks.

My skin isn't completely covered in acne, but I get frequent break outs, including those deep, painful ones. I was diligent about my skincare a few months ago because I was tired of being in my mid-twenties with the skin of a teenager. I tried Proactiv in the past, but I was left with skin that was red, flaky, irritated, and STILL breaking out. Not exactly a great combination.

When I first tried this product, I was slightly skeptical because everything else on the market seems to operate under the assumption that it has to be harsh to work. Thankfully Exposed made an effective acne product that doesn't leave me red and flaky, even after a few months of use.

The way my daily regiment usually shapes up is this:

Morning: Exposed Facial Cleanser and the Exposed Microderm Scrub and as well as two capsules of ClearZine (2 Bottles) The Top Rated Acne Treatment Pill. Eliminates Blotchiness, Redness, Blackheads and Zits which helps stop breakouts.

Night: Exposed Facial Cleanser to start, then the clearing tonic (so it can work it's magic at night) as well as two more capsules of the Clearzine.

So far after only two weeks my skin has completely cleared up as well as the blotchiness is now gone.

Everyone's skin is different, but I hope this was helpful and it works. Good luck!

Corflex Medic Air Cervical Sleep Pillow - Blue

Corflex Medic Air Cervical Sleep Pillow - BlueI thought about getting the McKenzie cervical roll but it's made of foam and I have not had good experiences with foam pillows. I have gone through a couple different foam cervical pillows, including Temperpedic's, and found that they make me sweat at night and get too hard after awhile. They also seem really heavy to me.

I read McKenzie's neck book so wanted to try a cervical roll and thought that maybe an inflatable one would be more to my liking. (It helps that I have a Sleep Number bed, which has always served me well.) I found this pillow on Amazon and thought I'd give it a try and if it didn't work, then I'd get the McKenzie foam one.

I've had this cervical pillow for over a month now and am impressed. It's a little tricky to get it to the right pressure but this is fixable if you just experiment. You do have to press the part you blow into back inside the pillow (like what you'd do w/a beach ball) to cut the risk of your letting the air out by mistake while moving around at night. (I speak from experience.)

Because it is not foam and inflates instead, the roll is lightweight and doesn't make me sweat.

If you have a fuller pillow, it may help if you use this roll with a pillowcase that is a larger size than your pillow. My pillow is a Queen size and I use a King size pillowcase and I find this roll inserts without being too snug.

I'm so happy w/this pillow that I'm going to get another one to put into my travel bag.

After years of looking for the "Perfect" pillow, I found that this neck roll makes every pillow, even pillows in hotels, just right to prevent neck pain. So lightweight! I have one in my home and one in my travel bag and one for backup. My first air pillow has been used for over a year and still holds air perfectly. Sellers sent pillows IMMEDIATELY. Perfect transaction.

The pillow is good, especially for people like me who suffer from upper shoulder & neck pain. The pillow is an air pillow something that is not obvious from the product description. But it is good none the less.

I recommend using a cotton pillow case to slide this under, and to fill the pillow about 3/4th way (its too firm if you fill it completely).

The one reason I did not give this a higher rating is because the pillow loses air every other day. I returned one unit back to Amazon thinking it is defective, but the replacement I received had the same problem.

I prefer this pillow over most other neck rolls because you can fill up air and make it as firm as you want. The other pillows I tried were either too firm or too soft, and I did not like it as much. I'd recommend this pillow if you don't mind filling up air every other day.

I've used a good dozen neck/snore/cervical pillows over the years, because of chronic upper-back issues. I've been looking for a new one recently and figured I'd give this one a try because it was inexpensive. I wasn't able to fall asleep while using it.

Just as with all pillows, everyone's situation differs. That said, I bought this because my McKenzie foam cervical roll is fine when I first fall asleep but then squishes to the point of being useless.

In my situation, I wanted a neck roll that would give me full support to give me a good curve so my head would fall into the depression in my foam pillow.

Unfortunately, what I hadn't counted on is that, because this neck pillow is inflatable, it flattens out too much to give me the curve I want. If I could inflate it to the degree I'd like, then have the pillow keep the roundness, it would probably be OK.

I thought putting it in the pillow case with my foam pillow would help, but it was impossible to get it adjusted right, even though I use a standard size pillow in a king size case. (I need the pillow to be a little on top of the low edge of the standard pillow--not tucked down at the bottom as shown in the product picture.)

I also tried putting the roll into a large pillowcase and tying up the ends Tootsie Roll style to keep the roundness, which helped a little, but didn't do the trick completely.

Not a lost cause completely however, because I find it useful for lounging and as a lumbar support.

Also, it's really a cheapskate move on the manufacturer's part not to put a one-way valve in this thing. It's very hard to get the amount of air just right because the air escapes so freely. A $2 kid's swimmies can do it, so could they. You can pinch the valve (if you have the hand strength) to control it a little, but still, shame on the manufacturer.

IbuActin PM - 90 - VegCap

IbuActin PM - 90 - VegCapI've been using this product for more than a few months. It seems to be a pretty good alternative to traditional ibuprofen.

The ingredients in Solaray products are high quality. The price is fair. This product is effective, I would recommend it.

This product worked very well for me when I was having trouble falling asleep due to inflammation in a joint. The first time I took it it was during the day (i didn't know I had the pm version) and I was feeling so sleepy and I didn't know why. Now I only use it at night and it works very well for me. I didn't experience any nightmares like the other reviewer stated they experienced ;)

AromaPocket Starter Kit for Sleep

AromaPocket Starter Kit for SleepI recently purchased this product because I didn't like the smells of new furniture and new paint in my newly remodeled bedroom.

The aromapocket is definitely quality and will fit any regular sized pillow. The material is definitely Egyptian cotton 300 threadcount. Just pop it into the washer/dryer before your first night of sleep and your good to go. The aromapak can be snuggly placed into the aromapocket, so having random bumps around your pillow while your sleeping will not occur.

The aromapak provided works well. The scent isn't too overbearing. For small enclosed spaces, you could definitely place and aromapak in a car to provide a welcome change in scent for your vehicle. Better yet, there's 11 scents to choose from!

Overall, I'd definitely recommend this product as a staple to your bedsheet collection. The quality is superb and the wide variety of scents will keep your nose happy.

Soft sheets and mild scented peppermint (or any of the other 10 scent options)... how can you go wrong?

Remedy Heat Sensitive Memory Foam Sleep Mask

Remedy Heat Sensitive Memory Foam Sleep MaskSensory isolation helps a lot with my sleeping problems, and this mask does it better than a regular one. But on nights of actual insomnia, just isolation isn't enough. Then the built-in headphones do their work: rain sounds, a waterfall, waves on the beach, or if really necessary, a theta brainwave pattern, all in a program to kill the audio after one hour or two, and goodbye insomnia.

The only reasons it gets four stars rather than five: it's a little uncomfortable to sleep with a cable around, and the speakers are bulky enough that I can feel them a little bit when I lie on the side. Arranging the pillow a bit fixes the latter. Still, when they release the Bluetooth version, I'm buying it ;-)

This was purchased so I could use white noise to attempt to block out my husband's dreadful snoring. The mask itself is very large. So large, in fact, that I can't quite figure out how to place it on my face to make it comfortable. Even with the velcro in back it is an awkward fit. I am not particularly small or large so I suspect the fit would be similar for most people. The mask is surprisingly lightweight but because it is hard to find a good position on my face I do find its weight settling on my nose to be somewhat annoying. The fabric itself is soft. It came out of the package with a chemical odor, which can't really be avoided. If you are prone to migraines, like I am, this might be of interest. I'm not sure what the "heat' aspect of this thing is supposed to be. I've woken up with a seriously sweaty forehead just about every time I've worn it. The picture shows speakers that hang down over the ear. Mine has speakers inside the mask. Nothing is visible. The other thing I find odd is how the built-in speakers are positioned so that they are actually about an inch too high. They are placed more where the tops of ones ears would be, rather than the opening for the ear. With positioning, you can make it work, but it is awkward and takes some adjusting. The speakers themselves are not exactly high quality. I already have heard a little crackling in them and this thing is only a couple of weeks old. It won't be long until one side or the other cuts out. So...it is better, and more comfortable, than trying to keep ear buds in all night, but still not quite the home run I'd hoped it would be.

This mask works well. It's very comfortable and does a great job blocking all the light out during the day.

The only complaint I have about it is the position of the headset earphones. They are a bit in front of my ears instead of right over my ears... I've been told I have a huge head, however, so your mileage will vary; especially if your head is of a normal human size. :)

This thing is AWESOME. It actually works!! The memory foam is so soft and comfy. I sleep on my side so I was worried about the speaker digging into my ear while I slept, but it is very well buffered and I can't even feel it. I loved it so much I bought 2 more for Christmas gifts. You will not be disappointed.

Great idea but doesn't quite work out. The thick memory foam makes it hard to sleep in (and that darn memory foam smell what is that?) The sound quality isn't too shabby but you really have to tighten it to block out any sound and to get the headphones on the ears the mask has to be so low on the nose it's a bit uncomfortable. For sitting upright in a car with not too much other noise just fine, but it the driver wants any music it's a bit load and for sleeping? again the giant slab of foam makes it a bit awkward. I use it for hypnosis where I am partially sitting up and in a quiet place but it doesn't help for sleep or masking my partners snoring...

I gave it 3 instead of 2 for the sound and ease of use.

Pampers Baby Dry Diapers (Packaging May Vary)

Pampers Baby Dry Diapers Economy Plus Pack, Size 2, 228 CountI am a stay at home Mom with 4 children. I have been buying diapers for the past almost 11 years and Pampers Baby Dry is hands down the best diaper on the market, and believe me I have tried them all! All of my kids have been "super soakers" when it comes to pee. These diapers way out perform any other brand including major brands and department store brands. The major selling points for me are:

1. They are thin, easy to pack 5 in a diaper bag.

2. Easy to unfold with one hand (if you, like me frequently have to use the other hand to keep baby still)

3. tabs are easily opened without extra unfolding and don't rip off like several other brands.

4. Doesn't leave residue on baby or smell like pee when really soaked.

5. wider in the front to prevent baby from peeing out the side (and my kids are experts at this)

One thing that may be helpful is to remember that Pampers fit better on children that are long and skinny. If your baby is short and really chubby in the bottom, then Huggies will fit your baby better. This, I believe, explains the few complaints about Pampers not fitting or leaking.

Hope this review was helpful!

I made the huge mistake of buying the baby dry after reading through the reviews. I thought that for the price, why not try them. What a huge mistake! I should have just bought a smaller amount to try them first. Instead we have been using these for over a month now and I have had to clean up a poop spill at least every other day. My baby was 4 months old when we started using these and since she is not eating solids yet, the poop is pretty runny. The baby dry don't absorb the runny poop and it tends to just go right up the back side of the diaper onto her outfit and usually whatever or whoever she is lying on. It's just not worth the money saved! I will only buy the Swaddlers from now on. Hope this helps someone wondering which to buy Swaddlers or Baby Dry, DEFINITELY go with the SWADDLERS!!

There's a lot of mixed reviews...I just want to start by saying each diaper is going to work differently on each baby! They're not all shaped the same, they don't all go to the bathroom the same. It takes patience to find the right diaper for your baby. Just because my friend prefers swaddlers doesn't mean I do too. The Pampers Baby Dry is a good fit for my child. She's pretty small and long. I've noticed my friends with fuller, thicker babies don't have as much good luck. But for me, this is a great, thin, super-absorbant diaper that works well. The price is a great value as well.

Be aware though, no diaper will elimnate diaper rash! Despite how absorbant your diaper choice is, your baby will still at some point have diaper rash. My best luck has been butt paste diaper cream (All Natural Boudreaux's Butt Paste + FREE Baby Ganics Thick N' Kleen (Fragrance Free) Baby Wipes) because it seals up the sensitive skin and I can still re-diaper my girl right away without a lot of fuss. With diaper rash and rash cream, make sure the diaper doesn't rub anywhere to hard and that they've got some flexibility. The Baby Dry leaves plenty of room for my baby.

It must depend on your child because I tried the cruisers after always using baby dry on my son and they failed us several times. I went right back to baby dry and no more leaks. I have also tried other brands and I loved Huggies for my daughter but they don't work for my son. Funny how each is different. I am a mother of 4 and Luvs worked for my other son. You just go with what works for your child. I also have noticed that they work differently for different ages as well. Good idea to try a few out before you buy the jumbo packs.

I used to buy diapers at the store since my daughter was born but a friend of mines told me about amazon with the amazon mom & suscribe & save I realized I could get the same brand of diapers Pampers BabyDry and get it cheaper. When I enrolled I paid $30 for a case of 222 size nowNot even 2 weeks later the case price was raised to $36. Guess i'm going to start shopping back at the stores.

The diapers however are great! Haven't had any leaking problems since she was born and she is 9 months now.
