This product worked very well for me when I was having trouble falling asleep due to inflammation in a joint. The first time I took it it was during the day (i didn't know I had the pm version) and I was feeling so sleepy and I didn't know why. Now I only use it at night and it works very well for me. I didn't experience any nightmares like the other reviewer stated they experienced ;)
