These have become part of my nightly routine. They have good adhesion, but are soft and don't hurt to remove. They are a little bit breathable which helps keep the sensation of wearing them more natural and dry, too, as opposed to air-tight tape which would feel a bit too suffocating and eventually become too wet. I am not a doctor, but I can say with the confidence of personal experience that If you are a "mouth breather" in your sleep, you'll find yourself waking up more refreshed by ensuring you nasal breathing, for several reasons: you will naturally breath less and thus not deprive your body of oxygen by hyperventilating, you will not become dehydrated due to heavy loss of moisture through mouth breathing, and you are less likely to experience sleep apnea caused by too much negative air pressure in the throat. Some people with congestion may have the fear that their nose will be clogged and they will suffocate, but actually your nasal passages (or at least one of them) will naturally remain open if you are constantly nasal breathing, because the continuous sensation of moving air (and the CO2 in the exhale) causes the membranes to retract mucous. That said, I probably wouldn't wear these if I had a sinus infection which would impede the normal mucous function. But under normal circumstances, these little strips have become a very valuable tool for greater personal wellness. My only criticism is that the strips are only just wide enough to cover the corners of my mouth, and some people may find they are not wide enough, so need to cut the original sheet in such a way that creates waste. It would be better if these were sold as a strip on a roll, like regular tape, but in any case this is something you'll be able to work around.

I have used these rollers for years! The curls are big and beautiful, not the skinny old woman look of the old fashioned foam curlers, and if you roll them from the middle, you get ringlets! I wash, mousse, hold the hair up, hold the curler up to the middle of the strand, and wrap the hair around the curler first, tucking the end of my hair where it'll be rolled, then roll the rest of it up, twisting extra tight, and snap. It's so easy, my 6 year old can do it. It takes about 5 minutes to curl my flat hair, thick hair would be maybe ten. I have hair to my shoulders, stick straight, and the curls, after sleeping in them, (I suggest a hair net) last all day, even on rainy days running errands, with no hairspray! So I picked these up originally at a beauty supply store. There is a little booklet in the case that is 16 pages long that describes how to make spiral curls or other curls. It also describes the best ways to curl your hair and instructs that all of the curlers to intersnap to one another. There are two lengths. There are 8 regular sized rollers and four long rollers. To begin your curling you should comb your hair up in the center of front of your head and start rolling from there. Once you snap the first one, when you roll the next roller and get ready to snap it insert the ends into the loop of the last roller and snap so the interconnect. And so on and so on.

First of all, this is the cheapest source of Larch AG, anywhere. Secondly, I use it for my best friend, my dog. I purchased this product based on Byron Richards' recommendation of it for fibromyalgia. Frankly, I don't see how it does anything for fibromyalgia because it's completely fiber and not at all absorbed by the body. Also, it did nothing for my muscle/joint pain. However, as a fiber source, it's pretty nice. Seems to work. I liked having it and have just about used up the jar, but I am not planning to buy more. Will update if I change my mind.

I have mild apnea (13.7 AHI) that is entirely when in supine position (lying on my back). So, my doctor recommended a positional product. After scouring the internet for such things, this was the most promising one. I wanted the t-shirt, but the Rematee lady said the shirt stretched out after a while, so they didn't recommend it though they still make them. I really like this stuff. I've performed a lot of research and found this brand to be the best (Suntheanine). It makes me super focused and increases my multi-tasking skills. I just tried these for the first time last night and I have to say they are wonderful. I have struggled with several other brands out there (dentek custom comfort dental guard, sleep right slim comfort and sleep right secure comfort) but sleeping with giant mouthpieces in your mouth is not comforable. I wore one for the first time last night and was sort of impressed at first... Just the fact that it was still in place in the morning was amazing, and I felt happy I'd done something to protect my teeththen I took it out and got worried. After my toddler played with and subsequently lost my custom-made $600 NTI, I needed something to replace it. This product is not it. Wayyyyyy too big for my small mouth. Nothing to keep it in place and, like other reviewers, I noticed after only a minute or two of wear that my jaw had become extremely tense. My husband (normal-sized mouth kind of guy) tried it and had exactly the same issues. We both tried to wear it on the top and bottom teeth with the same results.
