After pinching a nerve in my neck, the doctor told me to get some sort of cervical collar to keep my neck as still as possible. These fit the bill nicely for a firm, but soft collar. A cervical collar can only be so comfortable, so I would rate these very comfortable given the nature of the beast.

They were a little short for me, but I turned them upside down so the chin divot faced down and that helped.

I really liked the price compared to other options and having two as I kept one at work and one at home.

I purchased the collar as I needed some support for my neck while sleeping. It did help, however I had to stop using it due to it pressing on nerves in my neck. The price was a bargain. I looked at CVS and they wanted $18.00 for one.

I ordered this product because I have cervical degenerative disc disease along with arthritis and I had heard that something like this would help when doing some of the tasks around the house that cause pain. I use it to work in my flower gardens and vacuuming and a few other things that would cause neck pain. The key is short periods of time 30 minutes max. It is important to do the neck exercises that I have also to keep the muscles strengthened.
