I thought it would have a slight smell, but the smell is very overpowering. Other than that, it is easy to use and cute packaging.

I love love love this product. You can not beat warm moist heat for your aches and pains! I am only 30 years old but I already have arthritis and working 12 hour shifts does not always leave me in the best condition. I can pack this in my "day bag" and take it to work, heat it up in the mircorwave and not have to worry about the "electrical" part of a normal heating pad.

The aromatherapy part of this did not last very long though. THe directions suggest keeping it in the pouch provided when not in use. I did this but the lavendar smell only lasted for about 2 heatings and then was gone.

Obivously I am not too worried about it though!

Love this product. We bought one and liked it so much we bought a second one. They are well made and we love the aroma option. They come with a nice plastic zipper pouch for storage that works great and keeps the scent fresh. Going to try one for our dogs!
