I don't write reviews, but the only two I saw on this product were negative and after it working so well for me I had to say something. It does work, it works great. If you have ever taken a melatonin supplement then you know that eventually it lessens your thoughts and creates a sense of tiredness which makes it easy to fall into sleep. This product does the same thing, just on a higher scale. So basically I find it to work like a high powered super charged melatonin supplement.

I'm not sure this product works; at least not for me. It may have made me a little drowsy, but it did not make me sleep good all night.

This crap is a sham does not work at all at least for me it didn't. I bought a bottle of zazen sleep formula after seeing a video while refueling my vehicle at a 76 station and since i sometimes have a hard time falling asleep i decided to give it a try. It did the complete opposite and kept me up till 4am and i had to work at 8 i got about 2 hours of sleep but the following night however was the best sleep i ever had.
