I tried Amera several years ago at a home party. It is the only product out of the many I've tried that really gives my nails a salon look. My cuticles are soft and smooth. The product is rich and emolient and really moisturizes the cuticle bed. Other products I've tried that claimed to be rich and not just greasy did not prove to hold up to the results I get with Amera. This little tube really lasts. A little truly goes a long way!

This sleep mask is nice and silky as the others reviewers say. However, I am surprised no one mentioned that it has a ropey edging to it, making it uncomfortable if you lie on your side. I tried it last night and it was both uncomfortable while I tried to sleep in it since it dug into my cheek and would definitely leave a mark when I got up. I would not recommend it.

I have worn Spa Sister Sleep Masks for several years. I find them very comfortable and the ones that are lined in black are excellent for keeping out the light, which is my only reason for wearing a sleep mask. They are also priced well for an all silk mask and the color range is excellent, although I wish all of the colors were lined in black. Some are not and they are of no use to me at all. I've only been taking this for a few days but have already noticed a lessening of restless legs (creepy-crawly sensations in the legs especially at night). I had to experiment with dosage and time of day. At first I took two tabs in the morning but found that caused me to feel very sleepy and low blood pressure-ish during the day. But when I took them at night, I woke up a few times during the night (strange). So, finally I took two tabs in the morning along with 500 mg calcium/vitamin D and that seems to be working. That would make my calcium/magnesium intake ratio almost 1:1 instead of the 2:1 I see suggested sometimes. I have found in the past that if I take calcium by itself I feel more energetic but also less able to sleep at night, more anxious and of course, the dreaded digestive issues! I also think that calcium alone increases allergies, as I've read that calcium promotes histamine release from body stores (and magnesium decreases it). I don't write reviews, but the only two I saw on this product were negative and after it working so well for me I had to say something. It does work, it works great. If you have ever taken a melatonin supplement then you know that eventually it lessens your thoughts and creates a sense of tiredness which makes it easy to fall into sleep. I have to use oxygen at home and needed something longer than the 14' that came with my concentrator. The only complaint I have is the nasal vents were about .100" too long and had to be trimmed so they wouldn't bother me, but they're fine now. Vinyl is soft and flexible. I now have more mobility. I love that this is a healthy approach to toning up. I agree that this is not an intense diet pill that will make you loose weight without diet and exercise. However I was doing diet and exercise and noticed more defined results when taking the "be hot" packs. Oddly, I rarely noticed a "burst of energy" and it didn't make me want more water. Well I thought I'd give this a shot because I do try a little bit of everything. I bought it from Walgreens.
