This does seem to help me relax before bed, and I actually have noticed the effect more the next day. However, I will have to say that the tablets are rather large for sublingual tablets, and they take forever to dissolve. The recommended dosage is 3 tablets, and not only would that take awhile to down, but my tongue is sore after just 1.

Just wanted to add I've now tried both flavors. The orange is fine. The peppermint is horrible, and I generally like peppermint-flavored things. Get the orange flavor.

I am very impressed with this product. Ultra Highest Density Memory Foam Sleep Pillow

I bought this pillow almost a year ago. It has an inner (non-removable) liner as well as a terrycloth cover. It's well made and has shown no sign whatsoever of any deterioration. Since purchasing the pillow, I have never awoken with any kind of soreness or stiffness in my neck (this used to happen sometimes with a regular pillow). This pillow is firmer than the cheap ones available at local stores, but I think it is much better. I would recommend this pillow to everyone.

When I bought this pillow, I thought I was buying a very comfortable pillow (due to my experience with memory foam stuff). However, this pillow is far from comfortable. I guess this pillow is only made for people that sleep looking up, but I tend to sleep to the sides as well as looking up. The pillow is pretty hard and due to its shape, sleeping to the sides is very uncomfortable.

This pillow has potential. But, it's a shame that it's so small. Perhaps that's by design? Dunno. But I had to put the flattest extra pillow I could find underneath it, and then it was pretty decent. I don't find it a problem sleeping on my side -in fact, it's rather comfortable. Would I recommend it? I wish it were bigger. Maybe the pillow wishes I were smaller. Just don't throw away your flat pillows...they'll come in handy with this one.

DermaGen Anti-Wrinkle Patches

I've used frownies for a while. I could only ever use the between the brow ones as the others were uncomfortable and fell off during the night. I got a good result with Frownies but getting them to stick and then getting them off, not so great.

These stick and they come right off in the morning. I can make one rectangle one stick between my eyebrows for 4 or 5 nights. After the first night, it loses some of its stickiness so I apply a drop of moisturizer to it and stick it on. It stays. On the 3rd night I washed the patch and it got stickier. Hard to complain about that. I think 4 or 5 nights max on the rectangle one is probably the max for me. Between my former use of frownies and now these, I have no frown lines... when I'm not frowning. And therein lies the difference between these and Botox. With botox (which I haven't had for over a year), I can't frown much so the lines don't crease over and over again. With these, yeah, they get relaxed and refreshed and the creases are gone, but I can still make creases by frowning. I've gotten pretty good at remembering not to frown

I used the ones that go around your mouth for the first time last night. Felt MUCH better than the frownies brand and stayed on all night. I was expecting nothing. Those nasal labial folds aren't going anywhere fast without some kind of dermal filler that I don't want to spring for just now. I was shocked when I woke up and they were smoothed out. It didn't last of course. I didn't expect it to. It was ONE night. But just the fact that they could spend 8 hours NOT folded is a pretty cool thing. We'll see if there's any real difference with continued use. Somehow I doubt it.

For what they are, they're great. Will they take all the lines out of your face the way Botox or dermal fillers would? No, but there is a definite difference, which beats the heck out of no difference. :)

Perfect patches for smoothing out the nasal labial folds. They also work very well on forehead lines. Compared to Frownies, which I used on a regular basis before discovering DermaGen, these patches are very comfortable and stay on during the night. They are easy to apply and you'll hardly notice wearing them. No water needed. Just peel them off the sheet and attached them to your face. I use the same patches three to four times. Although you wake up looking wonderfully smooth, the effect will wear off during the day. However, you can add on a few "tricks" which will keep you glowing and firm.

In my experience, the best results are achieved by:

1. Allowing your night cream to absorb a little before attaching the patches.

2. Do facial exercises on a daily basis. You'll find some easy to follow videos on You Tube.

3. Drink plenty of water and use products which will moisturize and plump up your skin. My favorites are Lancome Genifique Concentrate and Shiseido Bio Performance Super Restoring Cream.

Don't be discouraged by the "As Seen On TV Images". This product is far better than the first impression...

* 5/12 I had to update this review because I think they changed something about these patches. The last 2 batches I got felt a bit different and did not stick as well. The only downfall to these is that if you have sensitive skin they may leave redness. I know my laugh lines were left a bit red so I didn't use the pads there again the next night, I switched them to my eyes. I think the delicate skin around the eyes maybe sensitive to these pads every night too. This is defiantly a case by case product, not all skin responds the same to everything and you may have no redness at all.

i was previously using Aveeno Ultra-Calming Night Cream because I love that the feverfew extract keeps my face from becoming red and irritated. First, I'll describe my skin: very fair with freckels, very fine lines around eyes and mouth that are only noticable when my skin is really dry. I have occasional acne, one or two pimples per month. I'm in my late 20's.

Sleep Patch - 30 Topical Patches

I want to make it clear that I am actually very pleased with this product. However, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because there were a few things people might complain about, even if I don't care that much. First off, I've had trouble sleeping ever since I got back from Iraq. The doctor gave me Zolpidem to help me sleep, which I have since become quite addicted to for the past year and a half, and had to use with even more meds to keep me asleep, all of which really messed with my head and made me very forgetful.

I do have to use two or three patches a night instead of the recommended one patch, so if you have been on powerful sleep meds like I have you may have the same issue. To me, these drawbacks are very minor compared to the ability to sleep again, but I could see how others may find it irritating.

Silly Face Sleeping Funny Novelty Eye Cover (Random)

Natures Bounty Melatonin 3 Mg

I had terrible anxiety for a few weeks and during that time, there was one week when I couldn't sleep more than 4-5 hours a night (my average sleep lasts 8 or 9 hours). One friend recommended I try Valerian and another friend recommended Melatonin. I found both at a nearby store. The Valerian smelled awful and didn't produce any noticeable effects (though I don't know if I should have taken more than two pills).

However, the Nature's Bounty Melatonin gave me a full night's sleep. It gives very vivid dreams. I'd heard this about both supplements, but I didn't have that problem with the Valerian, only with the Melatonin. My friend suggested a smaller dosage as 3mg is supposed to be a high dose, and since this is a hormone not an herb, I wanted to be on the safe side. So the next time I used it, I cut the tablets in half (1.5 mg each). If you cut it, make sure to take it with something that will curb the taste and coat the stomach.

If you've tried other herbal remedies and they didn't work or you don't like to use sleeping pills with an antihistimine, try the melatonin. It works. The only side effect I noticed was I got a headache after taking it, but I don't know if that could also be due to the fact that I was cutting the pill in half, so it wasn't fully coated.

Note: You can find lower dose 1 mg tablets available through Nature's Bounty or other brands.

I was hoping this product would help me to sleep through the night. I still wake up at least once or twice but am able to go back to sleep easier. Sometimes I wake up in the morning a bit groggy.

I had recently moved to California from Hawaii and had been sleeping on my roommate's spare futon mattress. When we moved to another house a few months later, I got a free futon couch frame from a co-worker, and figured that I would get a mattress to make use of it as my bed.

I strained my lower back building the couch frame, and was pretty much out of commission for 2 weeks.

Just to let you know, I'm a pretty athletic guy. I work out everyday, do martial arts, very active lifestyle. I usually get my back pains from these kinds of things.

Sleeping on the new futon mattress I bought was a nightmare. As springy as it was, it didn't give my back the kind of support it needed. I had a hard time getting out of bed for those 2 weeks, let me tell you!

My roommate, seeing me waddle around like an old man, suggested that I get a foam memory topper from Costco. I was a bit reluctant at first, as these things cost over $100. What if the topper wasn't the right one for you? Instead of buying immediately, I decided to do some research to see what would be a good choice for me. Back pain and strain is something I've been afflicted with multiple times. What's a few more days of agony? ;-)

All my research led me to this 6.5 Full 4 Inch Memory Foam Mattress Topper. I was either going to get this or the 5. I decided on the 6.5, as I was afraid that the 5 might be a bit too soft (I've been sleeping on harder beds throughout my life rather than softer).

The mattress came in a small box about the size of a Playstation 3 box about 3-5 days after I ordered it. It was waiting at my front door as I left for work.

I unpacked it, left it out for about 24 hours, applied it to my futon mattress, and then lay on it. I wasn't used to it at all, and ended up tossing and turning for a few hours because of the heat retention. But once I did pass out, I didn't want to wake up! It was the best sleep I've had in a really long time!

I really do look forward to going to bed now, as it really is comfortable.

If you're looking for a topper because of back or body pains, or because you want a good nite's sleep, make sure you research. If you are used to sleeping on harder surfaces, make sure you get a larger pounds per foot number (6.5 vs 5). Thickness is also an important factor. You usually want 3-inches or thicker.

I'm definitely happy with my purchase. And I hope this review helps anyone who needs a foam memory topper to purchase the right one for them.

I'm an average build guy. I'm 5'10" and 170 Lbs. I bought the product, received the product and unpackaged the product like it said, which was essentially just letting it set for 48 hours before use.

After about the 3rd use, the indention of my body never recovered. The indention actually became permanent. I originally thought that this was normal. However, after continued use, I noticed that my back AND now neck were more sore than before I started using this memory foam. My theory would suggest that when my body falls back into the permanent indention, the effect of having my head and neck "raised" above normal due to the fact that my head would not create an indention, my back and now neck are significantly out of alignment.

I would not recommend this product at all.

I left my very nice and expensive Simmons bed behind along with my husband. I really regretted leaving the bed. Every other bed was too hard or too soft and my back just plain HURT. I could NOT afford to get a new Simmons bed, so I tried this memory foam topper on the cheap-used-hard-as-a-rock-bed I was using. I have slept much better at night, and felt much better during the day. Far less stiff and painful. FAR LESS. The quality of life I have gained from my hundred+ dollar investment was worth every penny and more. It's just so darn comfortable!! My sister and her husband sleep on my bed when they visit, and they are very also very impressed with this mattress topper. I highly reccommend giving this a shot. And you can't beat the free shipping when it weighs in over 20 lbs!!!

UPDATE**The review I wrote was for a 5.5 mattress topper, which is no longer available. Somehow my review got moved to this item, which is 6.5 density. I would not go with a higher density. As a matter of fact, I am looking for a new memory foam topper with a LOWER density, after my mom ordered one,and it felt even better than mine, which I didn't think was possible. After several years on my topper, new aches and pains are starting to arise, which are greatly increased on nights when I sleep somewhere else. SO either my topper is shot, or I just need to look at a lower density one. Also, wikipedia mentioned that densities above 5 are realy used for mattress toppers. SO this may a good compromise for two people, if one wants firm, and the other wants memory foam. Also, I woould get nothing less than 4"....I tried a 3" topper on a twin bed, thinking it would be fine....but nope, I can tell the difference. GO for the full four inches

The speed and maneuverability of the Prower is awesome. However, the equipment is not as sturdy as you might like. Within two weeks the back roll-tires on the bar had cracked and broken off. Within three weeks, the seat covering began to come off in the back. My final complaint, there is no method to disable or reduce the sound of the beeping when backing up. I spend a lot of time in libraries; this is ENORMOUSLY embarrassing. But overall, although there is room for improvement, I am pleased with the chair.

I was wondering why I could not get a good seal and then it dawned on me that maybe its the nasal pillow. After purchasing and installing it, I have no problem with making a good seal without tightening down on my face. I will change it every six months now.

After one use my dry, damaged, over-highlighted (bad hairdresser!!!), colored, poor abused 37-year-old hair... was soft and silky and not frizzy at all! It wasn't straight, but after much abuse my previously curly hair that had not been curling properly any more... well I woke up and it was like big fat magazine curls. Not frizzy tiny ones. And that was after sleeping on it all night. I almost didn't want to wash it out. I did and it was only ok afterwards but I am going to keep using it I have high hopes. I think you could almost not wash it out if you have curly hair and just go as is. Hm... It also didn't look greasy at all. And it smells great! After reading the reviews, and loving almost all of Alterna's other products, I had to give it a try. I have straight hair that is extremely long and bleached white, and sometimes the ends look too damaged. I had hoped that this product would do for me what it seems to do for the other ladies here. Unfortunately it did not. Even after washing it out, let left my hair very wax-like with the residue. It looked as if I had not washed my hair in weeks; just stringy and unhealthy. I am still giving it 3 stars because when I gave the rest to a friend with ultra curly hair, she was very happy. So I think this is a great product, but reserved for you girls with gorgeous, curly hair.
