I want to make it clear that I am actually very pleased with this product. However, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because there were a few things people might complain about, even if I don't care that much. First off, I've had trouble sleeping ever since I got back from Iraq. The doctor gave me Zolpidem to help me sleep, which I have since become quite addicted to for the past year and a half, and had to use with even more meds to keep me asleep, all of which really messed with my head and made me very forgetful.I bought these patches to help get me off these meds, and they have worked for the past week I have been using them; I haven't had to take my meds all week. I do have to use two or three patches a night instead of the recommended one patch, so if you have been on powerful sleep meds like I have you may have the same issue. The other drawback is that they are somewhat difficult to remove, and have left big red welts on my skin where I've put them. To me, these drawbacks are very minor compared to the ability to sleep again, but I could see how others may find it irritating.
Overall, I'm very glad I got this!
