I really enjoy the liners. They do as advertised; they are much nicer to have next to your skin than the gel cover. However, I find that the liners tend to slip while I'm sleeping. I'll wake up in the night, and the liner has moved, so I have to adjust it.

After researching the effects of stress everyone can use this one! Very easy to listen to and really gives the most amazing sense of peace! Definitly helps you fall asleep, actually its hard to stay awake for it. It works just as well though even if you fall asleep. It really got rid of the stressed out feeling I had thought was just part of life! My 12 year old has now started listening & I can't wait to see her grades improve as her anxiety goes away.
It just doesn't have enough give if your pillow falls off. Eventually it will feel way to hard under your head. I've used it mainly when sitting up in my bed or if my heartburn starts to kick in too much. It's just "ok" for my personal liking.

This product was good. I exchanged it for the thermatex platinum which has served my needs much better.
Just as described in the reviews. Not overpowering, long lasting (even after a shower), goes on smooth and is absorbed quickly. I've had a bit of exemza on my hand for a few weeks now. Tried hydrocortisone cream, Burt's Bees, and Eutherderm and none have completely cleared it up.. Until now. I've used the calming lotion two nights in a row and the exemz has almost disappeared. Well worth the money!

These socks have really helped my feet. I really only wear one on my right foot which is the one that gives me pain. At night after work, while watching TV or reading, I wear the one sock. It separates my toes very comfortably. I take it off before I go to bed and it relieves me of the pain I used to have when I was trying to go to sleep. I don't necessarily, but try to wear it every night. I would recommend these socks for anyone with toes that seem as though they are trying to grow on top of each other and cause pain. I got the small/medium size. I'm 5'3" and wear a size 7 shoe. I have short toes and these spread my toes too far apart. I can't wear them for longer than an hour without my toes going numb. I opted for the soft toe spreaders used for pedicures. They work well for my Morton's neuroma.
I started taking melatonin 5mg and noticed didn't keep me asleep the whole night. Then I decided to take two every night and that did the trick. So when I found this brand of 10 mg, I was hoping to take just one and sleep throughout the night. Well, was not the case. Even thought this is 10 mg, do not have the strength I was hoping for. I still wake in the middle of the night. So, I'm going back to my regular 5mg brand.
I didn't need more than a couple extra feet to add to the standard 25 foot tube to get around my small apartment but since I couldn't get anything shorter than 25 foot tubing from my O2 this tubing was perfect. Delivery was extra fast too.
I want to make it clear that I am actually very pleased with this product. However, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because there were a few things people might complain about, even if I don't care that much. First off, I've had trouble sleeping ever since I got back from Iraq. The doctor gave me Zolpidem to help me sleep, which I have since become quite addicted to for the past year and a half, and had to use with even more meds to keep me asleep, all of which really messed with my head and made me very forgetful.
This is a good product. The lozenges melt in your mouth. They are a tad big, but they still melt easy. The seller sent my purchase when promised. I am pleased with the purchase & the seller. I will be buying this product again.
After looking at the customer reviews I decided to try it. Big mistake for me. A lot of people complain about how memory foam collapses & loses it's support, but this type of foam is like having a brick between your legs! For me, really uncomfortable. One mistake was buying, the second mistake was not making sure there was a return policy for returning items like this. I talked to the seller and they would not budge on their no return policy. The customer service person was pleasant at first, but when I complained and said I would like to return the product, she transformed into a different person; yikes! I will never buy again from Therapy Best Buys.

I just recentely purchased a memory foam mattress. After getting used to that transition I noticed that my hips and low back were sore when I would get up. After purchasing the leg spacer knee pillow my hip pain and low back problems are much better. It's a great product and the price can't be beat.I have used this for almost a week, and I love it! It puts the contour cloud leg spacer to shame! It retains it's shape and never smooshes flat when you're on your side. The only way that other one, (the contour cloud leg spacer) would work, was if you are someone who weighs less than 100 pounds. Then, due to the fact you're light, your legs wouldn't smoosh the leg spacer flat. This one here though is fantastic. I am 309 pounds and this supports me perfectly. A perfect rating in my opinion.
The mineral based cpap seal takes a bit getting used to. At first it is hard to position, but with a few tries, and some trimming, the leaks are gone, and my wife hears nothing. Mask manufacturers could take a lesson from these guys.....so many people I've talked to live with leaking masks....spread the word...this one works.

I first heard about this product on the Dr. Oz show as a cure for bad breath. It works very well for that but it also has the additional benefit of helping with anxiety. I take it at bedtime and drink a cup of Valerian Root tea and I get sleepy within 20 mintues. The next morning I feel refreshed with no groggy feeling. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased this product after reading the book "Water and Salt" by Dr. Barbara Hendel. I would highly recommend both the book and the Himalayan crystal salt. I make the salt sole solution by disolving the crystals in Figi water and take a teaspoon of the sole in a glass of the Figi artesian well water each morning when I first get out of bed. It wakes me up and makes my body feel alive! Knowledge is power. Read the book. It is very informative as to the benefits of Himalayan salt verses the adverse effects of regular table salt. It is an eye opener!

I have had tendonitis since 2004, and my occupational therapist recommended the Pil-O-Splints. I have had carpal tunnel syndrome for a decade. My doctors neglected to tell me how important it is to wear a splint at night. Finally an orthopedic doc said to wear a splint nightly because the nerves are more active (they aren't sure why) and most folks sleep with their hands curled. I tried several other drug-store elastic types but would find them uncomfortable and take them off. This splint is very soft, warm and has a soft cushion for your palm. The splint has a slit on both the right and left sides for your thumb so you can use it for either hand. There are 2 types of splints, one had an adjustable velcro strap and the other does not. I have tried multiple other splints to relieve my carpal tunnel syndrome at night, but they all gave me problems (bruising, jabbing, too tight, too loose, or just plain uncomfortable). The Pil-O splint was the first one I found that was actually comfortable! Granted, it is much larger than the regular daytime splints I had been using, and that did take a little getting used to. However, I would recommend this product to anyone who keeps being awakened at night because of carpal tunnel syndrome. It was especially helpful after my surgery when there was no way that I was going to wear a regular splint to bed!!
